Oga band b users still get it at least 15 hours. Even band C still get 12 hours. My area is bad D. They give 2 hours during the day. In the evening, they bring it by 7pm and take it by 5am. That's 10 hours straight. Add it to the 2 hours of the day, it's 12 hours. So your claim only band A gets it is not true. No doubt other areas suffer lack of supply but it might be due to perculiar issues.
