Good for them. But my question still remains, what happens when they get home? Whatever happened to "teach me how to fish and not give me fish " just eludes me. Some of these children will get home to meet their parents yawning because of lack of food. The federal government should get their priorities right. This is fulfilling their campaign promises but to me, it won't change a thing about the ailing economy.

The easy money presented by booming oil prices had rendered Nigerian banker so lazy they will have no way out but to face the reality of competitive economics this year. MFB and CB could easily give loan to workers at 24-30% because the 'workers' were having it easy hitherto. The cost of crude has crashed but has that in any way affected the pricing of refined resins like engine oil, brake fluids?

Fool, the future lies in developing the downstream sector which won't happen as long as you Yorubas and Awusas oppose the passage of the PIB.

And for your info, almost all refineries are located in and around the coastal areas. Why ? Because those countries with sense see a viable and more profitable market in selling refined crude products overseas.

Or do you think the fuel that is imported daily into Nigeria comes from a refinery located in land?

So you can't withdraw from that account for now cos it was put on lien.
