Goto settings then click on mobile network select network mode and click on wcdma only.. Thatz all.... Wcdma is 3g... Gsm is edge and gprs.

First of all, connect to the free servers. After you are approaching the 85mb mark, login with your other account. Do this for as many e mail account as possible and you can use even more than 1gig in a day.
