Dele Farotimi hit the nail on the head. Nigeria's justice system is criminal. Period! What's this judge saying? That a suspect must be notified that a criminal arrest warrant is being issued against him so that he can disappear before the warrant could be issued/executed? And how come an EFCC that's made a habit of grabbing people arbitrarily are now requesting a court warrant before making an arrest?
