United security, registrar of Access bank share does not have office here in Benin.

Please I need help. I downloaded the electronic dividend form from the United security. The form was filled and stamped by my bank. It was sent that same day by my bank. I sent an email to United security inform them about the form I got an automatic respond from them. It's 3 weeks now and no one has acknowledge the receipt of my form. Most disheartening is the fact that no one picks my call. Please what do I do?

Please confirm with your friend the type of account you are running. From the look of things, it looks like you are running the Diamond savings extra and the minimum balance is #5000 while the ordinary savings account which I think you friend is running is #0. Please kindly state the kind of account you are running.

The above is the last transaction I made with Diamond Bank through the Internet services. I don't have an Atm card. Whenever money is needed, I'll send the money to my friend who is also a customer of Diamond Bank. After the transfer, he will use his Atm to withdraw the money.
