Jobs/Vacancies / Does anyone know why it takes HR a Long Time To Reply Applicants. by manosteel(m): 5:17am On Dec 02, 2014
I have been wondering, why does it take HR department a long time to reply applications. Sometimes it takes up to six months to get a reply for a job you submitted your application especially the multinational companies. Is this act deliberate or still part of the hiring process? Few occasions, I had gotten a call for a job I applied long time ago and had even forgotten about job and moved on with my life as the Job couldn't come when I needed it or even a common reply from the Hr.

GAZZUZZ:
He should make Peace with God and Man, you can't switch sides without repercussions.
You are right but making peace with his God may require taking certain step like destroying Banana Tree planted in the centre of his compound which the witch doctor told him symbolises life and vitality. Definitely he has to be strong in what he believes before going this length.
Religion / Healed By A Witch Doctor, Now He Is Born Again, What Should He Do? by manosteel(m): 5:11am On Oct 19, 2014
This is about a relation who had terminal illness, he went to various healing homes including prayer houses and hospitals, all to no avail until he was introduced to a witch doctor who finally healed him. The healing process involved some rituals like burying dog alive and bathing with fetish things.
Now he is born again and considering going for deliverance to cancel the healing but family and friends are advising him against such move as this might bring the sickness back. What would be your advice?

I have said it, Keshi winning the Nations Cup was a hoax. He didn't have a Team and has never had a Team. As can be seen, he prosecutes every match with new set of players, and he will continue to do so untill somebody from the top stops that madness and bring sanity back to the bench.

With proper management, the antibodies in human can fight off Ebola, this Zmapp thing couldn't have cured those American doctors anyway. The Americans have a way of promoting their own while bringing others down.

Health / Re: Jonathan Declares National Emergency On Ebola by manosteel(m): 6:12am On Aug 11, 2014
Medicine after death! This is lesson for all of us, when your neighbor's house is on fire, you do not sit and watch. When this Ebola thing started in Guinea, what did African leaders do, what is ECOWAS for? They all thought it wasn't their problem. Guinea is a small country without much disposable income and needed all the help to stamp that menace out. People from the west, US, China were sending help but Africans did nothing, Just like boko haram in Nigeria when some Countries thought it was only a Nigeria's problem not until they started exporting their Trade to Neighboring countries. Few days back, I heard a leader from Ghana saying "Ghanaians will only hear of Ebola but will not see it" Typical African mentality! If Nigeria had given 100Million Naira to Guinea to help them fight the Virus while tightening our borders, we wouldn't have been where we are today and no body would be talking of 1.8 Billion Naira today which will officially end up in one's pocket anyway. African leaders should wake up, you guys have slept and snored for a long time, no wonder one Obama of a guy will gather 50 of you in one room like school boys to advise you on how to lead your people.

Politics / Re: Obama Leaves Nigeria Out Of $110m Peacekeeping Fund by manosteel(m): 4:39am On Aug 11, 2014
You just said it all.
overhypedsteve: why are you wasting your time trying to educate ignoramoses. Are you not happy that nigeria and its army is not placed under the control of a western sponsored peace keeping initiative. (how much is $110 mil) that we would want to subject our army to a western sponsored peace keeping initiative, remember say na person wey pay musician dey chose song. Our soldiers are not mercenaries and do not need any such money to remind them of their duty in protecting brother nations was nigerian peace keeping role facilitated by any US imperialistic financial project. Those americans who said that nigeria was excluded as a result of the human right abuses of it soldiers are hiding the truth. One can easily see that the US selected african states that can be compelled to pipe along with either sanctiion or foreign aid. Why is it that uganda just revoked its anti gay law and suddenly the US is all friendly with her. Or is it ghana with it band of corrupt dimwits posing as government officers stealing the country dry and still borrowing from IMF to steal more. Is it that country (name witheld) were child soldiers was institutionalised and a brutal civil war that threatened to tear the very fabrics of human right. If nigeria must be added in that group then why dont you ask yourself why isnt Algeria, south africa, egypt, angola, cameroun, kenya and other better placed countries included. Or re we going to go back down the ladder and allow our military men now veseted with the harsh experience of desert welfare, CTCOIN, urban welfare and to waste their time running peace keeping errands for america and its errand boys ( because of 110 million dollars) fact is that america may just be hiding its face, maybe the nigerian government have quietly rejeted the imperialistic offer. How can any country under ecowas with the provisions of ECOMOG , be a member to such a set up. It undermines the essence of ecomog and the african union standby force that is commanded by a nigerian, which may also be another reason why nigeria would not want to be a part and parcel of this colonial set up. As an african giant that ve intervened in so many regional conflict it would be painful and foolish if nigeria give up all that to sit and hide under an american set up. Mind you a nigerian commander have always being in charge of most of this african missions. So why should we eat crumbs.

Religion / Why Did Early Muslim Always Settle In North. by manosteel(m): 1:16pm On Aug 08, 2014
I was going through my Urban and Regional geography and I discovered a common trend. I realized that most Countries in Africa where we have Islam and Christianity, Muslims settle in the North while Christians in the South. Such Countries are Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroun, Senegal, Sudan, Somalia etc. My question is, is this by coincidence?

May you never have a problem that will make you seek for help from T.B Joshua.

Like you said, this is an age long conflict older than Jesus christ or Mohammed himself, King Saul, King David, Sampson, etc former leaders of Israel tried their best to achieve piece with Israel's Neighbors but it was only momentarily. This is bitter truth, US cannot abandon Israel, and Israel cannot crush Hamas. Both sides only need to sit down on the table and make that painful compromise that will see them live side by side in peace even if Jerusalem needs to be divided into two. I don't see any big deal there after all, Bethlehem of Judea where Jesus was born is in West Bank which is Palestine territory.
