I haven't seen a Nigerian based website that has impressed me. They all look like they're from 2005 or earlier, and I don't know why because Nigerians are so intelligent. Basically, I haven't seen a Nigerian website that can be compared to a website overseas. Nothing technical here, I'm not a web designer and no nothing about web design. I made this conclusion based on how these websites look.

The african environment is not even very aware of the use of internet for buisiness promotion so building an online payment system for people who are not ready for it, would prove very difficult for a programmer to sell.
