My investment experience this year 2020:
60% capital - low risk
piggy.vest. used to give 10% p.a but now gives 8%p.a. low risk but at least capital is safe.

20% capital- mid risk -
i diversified into about 6 agri techs. lowest 100k, highest 1m. averagely 500k. My experience
Farmcenta- so far so good. payment to be next year
Kenfarms - been my sweetest experience. 2/3 payments gotten. last one due this month
Farmbuddy- they did not pay upon maturity. Still waiting
Agropartnerships - so far so good. payment next year
Agrorite- so far so good. payment next year
Agrilet - so far so good. payment next year

20% capital - high risks -
riseinvest - so far so good. I see my returns on my dashboard and it is doing very good.
the map crmi- i put 1.4 in this very very risky thing. I was lucky to get 2 payments which covered capital. 20% interest made. this was the riskiest thing I did. I will never try it again
MBAF- I joined online in July with minimum 360k so wasn't affected by the no November payments. I have gotten 4/6 payments so far.


Things I'm looking forward to next year-
probably do more of rise invest and other mutual stocks.
steer clear very crazy investments such as themap.
reduce agritech exposure. most of them are now defaulting
switch from mbaF to addyF. same 360k. fx is so risky to stake a lot

m actually confused now. i sent a message to the Anyaso guy today, he replied asking for patience, that payment and refund would soon commence.

I want to insult you but I won't. Anyaso has played a fast one on everyone including people that believed in him. I have resolved to let it go. If they pay, fine. If not we live to invest another day.

I have 2 locations running- the small business plan and the corporate business plan.

When i started, i always woke up to alerts on Monday morning but it has been moving to later in the day/ Tuesday. For this week, I haven't been paid for the corporate plan.

I personally think they are getting overwhelmed with the volume being invested now. There have been delays in their other plans for me also.

To me though, there is no safe and clear with themap again. I think you should harden your heart if you want to invest in themap atm.

Has anyone expecting payment from the map been paid today?

I think it is no longer open all the time. They have periods where there is a promo when they advertise for investors, then you cant invest in CRMi during that period.
There was a CRMi promo last month where the rates were either 60% or the 110% depending on the units purchased, it was closed on the 9th. There is a promo that just started this week again.
It seems they do promo regularly.

About genuineness/viability, i don't know but i invested. The deal is you get paid 20% every 2months and your capital +20% at the end of 1 year. I haven't gotten to the end of my tenure, so can't talk about the capital repayment but the 20% every 2months has been paid thus far
They claim they use the money to do export of charcoal and some other items. The office is in Abuja and they still use paper. So i had to get someone there to fill the form and do the signing for me. I was called to sign the agreement after 2weeks ish and got the agreement about a month in. My investment started counting from the day i invested though
It is not money that you see how it works- so that might be concerning if you always need feedback for your investment. I don't have a contact to call if there is an issue but I have never had any issue, so i can't say what to do if there is an issue.
Also there is no insurance if anything happens.
Also if you want to do add more capital, you would have to do a fresh form, even if it just a few days apart.

Just to update interested folks. I got the balance 90 units yesterday and today in two traches of 4.2 (for 70 units) and 1.2 (for 20 slots). Second payment will be in October, God sparing our lives. First 10 units of small business location from May and 20 units of same from August also came in yesterday. I have not invested since the last I did in August. Let's what happens in September. All the best folks.

If you can leave for 3months minimum, try agric funding. Some farms are opening up within the next few hours/days. Check out Requid, farm sponsor, emerald farm.

You can also try rise vest. The money is converted to dollars and invested in the US market- Don't do stocks- real estate and euro-bond are better for capital preservation than stocks, although stocks could have higher ROI. With rise, all you do is check your balance

I will be traveling and won't be available for any physical business follow up in d next two months except by phone.

But I have this #150,000 that I feel I should invest on something.

Last two months I started a loan scheme with some women ( each got 10k and have to pay back 12k in a month), funny enough they're messing it up because 1 .. some are families and neighbors 2 ... I am not available to be running after them or threatening them to repay.
So I suspended the scheme until I will be physically available.

So please advice is there anything I can invest this present #150k on that would yeild without requiring much of my presence ?

Yes, i think you can. If you really want to be a pilot, it is better you look for sponsorship other than bristow for the training school, the process is very long and most time, no end result from bristow.
