I disagree on this. After all, church is a spiritual something. It was God Himself who chose Aaron's son Eleazer so this will not depend on training.

If a pastor's children aren't called to full ministry like himself or herself, it's not advisable to make them inherit the ministry at their death.

RCCG founder passed on to Pastor Adeboye because he obeyed divine instructions, if not his biological children today would have been running the RCCG.

Not everyone is gifted to do ministry, that's why in the RCCG, majority of ministers are part-time. A part time ministry cannot do ministry as effective as a full time minister called directly by God.
