Yea they’re very intelligent. I remember when i got it,It wouldn’t show its head out of it’s shell till am gone and would not let me watch it eat till am gone till it became very comfortable around me. I noticed it’s always hyperactive whenever it rains and plays around.

Well I’ve had parrots and a Monkey, one of the parrots killed the other then committed suicide few months later due to loneliness. The money got killed by electrocution after it climbed an high tension pole after robbing a kid off her biscuit. I love animals, especially exotic ones, i find them intriguing.

I found out that using some chicken stock/seasoning cubes to separately cook the rice for fried rice, makes the rice tastier after mixing it with the separately prepared flora/fauna sauce combo.

I do that too.
I also add some curry powder for that light colour, so that there's no single white rice when the stir fried vegetables is mixed in.

Canola oil has a high smoke point no doubt, but when you heat any cooking oil past its smoke point, and begins to fume, a chemical reaction starts. Nutritional elements in the oil gets broken down into free radicals that can lead to cancer.

A whole 20minutes heat time has turned that oil dangerous, both by consumption, and through inhalation of the fumes.

One other thing, if you want your spices to last longer fresh, avoid pouring them directly from their containers over your steaming pots. The steam will enter the container and degrade the quality over time. It may even start caking if you don't use it often.

Rather pour the quantity you need into a spoon before adding to your cooking.

Infact they maybe sending bananas everyday for a month through a fake company. This will familiarize officials with the shipment. One day, the real deal will pass like a regular banana shipment and nobody will know. Smugglers play serious psychological games with airport authorities.

Yes!! The oil was literally denutrifed. 5 mins should have done it..Also, frying the onions for 10 minutes stretch is too much. I noticed they started getting burnt already. 3 minutes frying is enough for the onions.
