Just Thinking.
I'm not supporting the decrease in bicycle allowance or the outright suspension for some people. But if NDDC reduces the tp to 5k for people from other states, then maybe it was their plan all along to suspend it for people from Rivers.

Did anyone from Rivers get the 5k?

Secondly, we were told at last year predeparture briefing that the slots will be increased from 210 to 220, but this one I'm hearing 400, I hope it is true, that means even the state with the least allocation will get close to twenty [strong] going by last year allocation formula.[/strong]

This aouraboreilis n his or her updates, and there is no mention anywhere of aoura participating in the interview. As I said before, This might just be one of the interviewer.
June 6th and then 400, this one na inside person, or - - -.

But even if it doesn't come by June 6th, there is still ample time btw now n August or September, in any case you can only start visa processing three months to your proposed departure date.
What was the formula they used? And the slot for each state?
If this aoura is not just throwing figures arbitrarily, which I wonder why one shud indulge in such; then he must be an insider.

Guys....The story from presidential hotel with respect to the interview is that, there is no 5k to give anymore. ...they ain't even collecting account numbers to pay in once the money is received. ...so from 50% it's now 0% transport allowance...
Hope they don't extend this to our scholarship money.

What if the 2:2 does better in all areas than the 2:1, will such preference still hold. We jst keep our fingers crossed any the award is given to people that really worked hard and deserve it.
I said when many candidates have same final score, preference is given to those wth 2:1.

I was not asked to sit down and I didn't ask either. They were kind of exausted and immediately I entered, greeted them and they answered; then one of them said 'let me have ur credentials'; at this point I sat down and brought out my creds. Don't know if that cud amount to a minus point. Missed a question out of 5. God, I need ur help and favour. Wish @all success.....Back to prayers.
As someone pointed out, its not all about answering all the questions correctly. Other factors count too. Like ur class of degree, upper or lower, a 2:1 candidate 'll be selected over a 2:2 wth same final aggregate/score.
But in all, luck plays into the mix. Gud luck bro.
