As a business man ,you should know how to maximize your time and manage traffic...If his workload is enormous ,then dedicate particular days of the week for pickup, let everyone be aware of the days . All he should do those days is to handle his customers request.No matter how many customers you have ,your responsibility is to find means to manage them, because they make up your business.Someone making a $1 purchase today can make a $1mil one tomorrow , never underrate anyone...

Bro that's part of the services his ment to offer , so picking up a clone phone is totally his fault...His not new to the game , he should spot a fake from a distance(He has picked over 50 of does phones I guess).Have never used a samsung ,I'm an iphone guy but can detect a fake samsung with ease , they havn't been able to get the curved screen,so an edge would look like the normal one,not to talk of the display,fonts,camera quality,etc.Look at how the Tmobile was written ,my kid bro would know it's a clone immediately .Ignorance is not an excuse. 9ja man way no Jah ..

I can't count the number of times I have tried to get a deal here but get discouraged because of poor customer care relations from this bros.
Man, I know some of your customers can be annoying, blowing up your phone at odd times and even making silly annoying mistakes. It still doesn't change the fact that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Moving forward and in order not to be termed a "bad belle" here's an advice I could give you.
Interact and transact business with your clients via emails. This way you are able to fully explain your terms and conditions without disturbing your precious sleep. The WhatsApp thingy is not working well for you. It doesn't speak well to leave ur clients messages read and no reply.

Back then when I was still dealing with him , At several occasions I had to sign up for a new account because sellers would report my account for scam.. Sometime in January/February i sent him a link (Sweet deal) ,he said he couldn't go pickup(gave one flimsy excuse), only for me to wake up in the morning to see "Rate seller" (Rate seller bawo!!),i then messaged seller and he said my friend came to pick up(Sent him oga's number)...Then messaged oga and he said he didn't pick any phone...In less than two weeks, saw the phone listed among his deals ...Na me come use my hand block am.

To be honest 90% of his customers are fed up of all his bullshit but decide to keep calm because of what they have to lose, which I totally understand..Trust me , no matter the amount of -ve feedback we drop , he won't work on them , until he has a competitor (which would happen very soon), then he would realize We are not fools...


Work on yourself man, not just for your business.... it would go a long way!
