DesChyko:Yes I do boss
|
PaChukwudi44:I ma not speaking out my ass you. I am not one of those fools trying to white wash a criminal.
|
Hedonini:I might be half educated but you sound educated but still reason like an illiterate The money laundering prohibition Act 2011 makes it illegal for any individual to make or accept any cash payment that exceeds 5million naira. This means that every cash transaction that is more than 5 million naira must be done through a financial institution and not transported with an official car accompanied by your aide to Lagos. This ACT proves the crimes Obi Pandora has commited, was he or any of his family member a kidnapp victim? For the transaction to be the regulated kind. Obi admitted to making a cash transaction of more than 5million, without the involvement of a financial institution. Encouraged a police Investigation and made sure he influenced the matter so that the result of the Police Investigation never made it to limelight A clear indication that he broke the law, yet you still defend him, lol, You can never be wise. . Like, I understand campaigning for A candidate but purposely choosing to be stupid like how you are doing now for them is what I don't understand. And I hope I never do
|
PaChukwudi44:One of the many corrupt politicians who committed a crime successfully in Nigeria. Obiano was just unlucky. |
Supremos:Funny how no report was released by EFCC regarding the case till date. APC was still asking for the result of the Investigation pre Obiano election. Mr Obi did a public show and told the police to Investigate his crimes, while working behind doors to sweep it under the carpet. |
DesChyko:Did he admit to making a cash transaction of more than 5 million or not without a financial institution? Maybe you don't understand that your principal is thief using contractors to launder state money. |
DesChyko:Was his car conveying 250 million naira or not? because he, OBI, has claimed his aide was taking the money to a contractor. There is no reason for any Investigation, what he admitted to is money laundry. He should have been wiser. The constitution was very clear, any other thing is an attempt to white was the bad lie. |
DesChyko:Case that was swept under the carpet. Are you forgetting that Obi had immunity then, and his party and Captain Jonathan were still in government. Don't worry, it is still coming to daylight. He will account for every thing. What was the out come of the Investigation, why did the police not give a report about his innocence. Atleast Tinubu went to court and he was given an innocent verdict. |
Yoruba L'gba. |
Supremos:You should take your advice. Using bullion van to convey money is not a crime. Anambra House of Assembly is not the Federal Constitution. EFCC did not clear him, no reasonable investigation was done on the matter even with the fact that people were clamouring for it. The matter died like most corruption cases in Nigeria; A natural death. No reasonable report what so ever on the matter. This just a pinch, it is still coming out like a full blown cancer case. Peter commited a crime against the Nigerian Constitution, and he will pay the consequences. The akwuzu rive case is still there though
|
You are the 65%. |
Muhammadu Buhari bridge on the river niger in the south east has been relocated to Kastina. IPOB werey |
Supremos:Cleared him... Does that change the Law about money laundry. The constitution clearly states: "Any Cash transaction above 5 million naira without the involvement of a financial institution is money laundry". This same police caught it with his aide in his official car. This is a crime, if it wasn't, it would not have been reported, but Anything goes in the Jungle. Same EFCC that was working for his boss JONA |
Supremos:The Fact that 250million cash was caugt in his official car is evidence enough. The limit to the cash one can carry in Nigeria and make transactions with is 5million in Nigeria. He even admitted to the crime, claiming he wants to go and pay bla bla bla... |
This david is just one pained sadist. Seun is too quite for my liking, and I hate his atheist views but truth be told David Hundeyin is Light years behind of Seun in terms of anything reasonably achievable in Life. The only thing he has over seun is his sharp mouth. If not for our loopsided legal system. Laundering 250million is a crime that requires proper prosecution. Meanwhile, withdrawing your own money and moving it with bullion van as speculated by the CBN isn't a crime. Dangote once admitted to withdrawing $10million from a bank in an interview . David is just a dullard like other Obi supporters out there. I am forced to believe supporting Peter Obi makes you loose some senses at time. |
Nigerians, Your next President. |
Peter Obi will solve every thing. He just got back from Egypt, where he went to learn about how to develop a country. Egypt, a country with a debt ratio to GDP of about 90%, while Nigeria's own is around 25% ... I believe because I am Obidient. |
SpatialKing:It happened after dude, around the time he was going to egypt, when he should have been their campaigning for himself and the party, that was when it happend. |
SpatialKing:More reason why he is not a good leader and a bad presidential candidate. 100million votes are not coming out thin air |
SpatialKing:Read my reply again. LP structure in Ekiti just collapsed with APC. Those are the kind of things he should be protecting as an Important stake holder in the Party, not going on fruitless journeys to take pictures. He has a duty to his party, to be in Ekiti till the election period is over. These are the same structures that will give him votes, now maybe the egypthians will help him rig the election. |
SpatialKing:This makes no sense though. He is the presidential candidate of LP, making the party popular at every level in the country should be his major duty. Going to Ekiti is not about corruption or rigging, It is his duty as the Party's Presidential candidate and National face. He is still going to have a polling unit in Ekiti. |
Who cares. Tribe of attention seekers. |
I hope the Chinese Proxy called Innoson, wouldn't find a way to block this opportunity for real Innovation and Industrialization. |
:o6 |
FalseProphet1:You are not like the real FalseProphet, he does not talk with sentiments. Stop trying to copy him, you are very bad at it. |
Zeezenho:If 5% does not watch His or Her mouth or behaviour we will reduce it to 2%. |
Say No to victim mentality. The Yorubas are wiser and now know their true enemies. People who rejoice and celebrate on every ill luck that happens to the Yorubas. Even though, without the Yorubas many of them will have been begging under one bridge in Anambra, their most feveloped state. Their flat heads have definitely affected negatively, the mode of reasoning of all them. There is Political tension in the country and what you thought best to do, is to go to the base of the Opposition, who every body knows you hate and steer that Political tension, poke his people in the eyes with your Igbo Nazi supremacist bull shit. You can go and register without creating a scene but you choose not to. Since you have seen the attention you were looking for, you can go home and rest now because no freaking body is apologising. These same people will stone you to death or mob you, for championing Tinubu or degrading PO on the streets of the south east . You will most likely loose your private part if you do it on monday. |
Thank you Abiola. Obasanjo rode on your sacrifice to power. You will always be remembered as the the true hero of the present freedom we enjoy. |

TheGoodJoe:First was a free health policy for children below 18 and adults above 65 years that the Tinubu administration introduced, knowing the importance of healthcare delivery to building a healthy society. The drugs for patients were heavily subsidised. Under the Blindness Prevention Programme, millions of Lagosians were saved from sight problems. There were free eye surgeries and glasses (Jigi Bola) were distributed to patients for free. To reduce the scourge of HIV/AIDS, the Lagos State AIDS Control Agency intensified its enlightenment programme targeted at youths The administration’s ‘Roll Back Malaria’ programme complemented the Eko Free Malaria Treatment programme under which millions of people were treated Tinubu administration’s youth development programme led to the annual ‘One Day Governor’ Tinubu introduced reforms, which led to the decentralisation of the health management board, the revitalisation of the primary healthcare system, the establishment of the Lagos State Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency to ensure quality assurance, the establishment of the Hospital Services Commission and the promotion of partnerships in health between the government and the private sector. Knowing how the reformation of prisoners can help curb social vices, the former governor converted the dreadful Ita Oko prisoners camp into a youth skills acquisition centre. There was also a programme of women empowerment to enable women to cope with the harsh economic realities and make them become better individuals beyond housewives in their different families. More importantly, women were reoriented towards self-employment. His administration facilitated access to quality accommodation and succeeded in making the Lekki corridor the fastest growing real estate investment haven. He restructured the ministry of works and housing by upgrading the housing department or directorate into a full-fledged ministry. The ministry was mandated to provide 500 housing units yearly and coordinate the activities of the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) and the Lagos Building Investment Company for more effective management. More importantly, the sector was repositioned to attract private sector participation There was a turnaround in the fortunes of the LSDPC. Its account was red before Tinubu assumed office. In his first term, the moribund Michael Otedola Low Income Housing was completed. The Jubilee Housing Scheme comprising 1,300 units of low-income housing designated as Abraham Adesanya Housing Estate was completed. Asides from the many restructuring of different organs and sections the administration achieved, it also pioneered novel initiatives in transportation, including the development of modern water transportation and the BRT system. LASTMA was established to give people Jobs and ensure proper traffic management and deal with the problem of indiscipline on the road by drivers. Under the capable hands of an obviously experienced public servant as Tinubu, Lagos blazed the trail in the independent power project (IPP), which continually supplied 270 megawatts of electricity to the national grid. The project demonstrated the capacity of some states to generate electricity, if the power to legislate on it is on the concurrent list. Tinubu’s electrification project covered over 100 communities. In 1999, under military rule, Lagos was generating N600,000 monthly. Today, the internally generated revenue (IGR) is around N45 billion. Tinubu ended his administration with awards to crown his many efforts for the people of Lagos state. These laurels and awards include the Best Governor for 2001 by the Nigerian/Belgian Chamber of Commerce, Winner of 2002 Best Practices Prize in improving the living environment (by the federal ministry of works and UN habitat Group), 2000 Best Computerized Government in Nigeria (by the Computer Association of Nigeria), 2003 Green Crystal Award for Enhancing the Value of the Environment (by Clean-Up Nigeria (CUN), 2002 Healthcare Award as the best provider of best health services in Nigeria, Presidential Merit Award for technological Development by the Nigerian Society of Engineers, 2001 National Literacy award for outstanding contribution to mas literacy, Co-winner of 2002 Outstanding Alumnus award of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), 2001 Distinguished Alumnus Award by Chicago State University, Distinguished Service Award for Exemplary Leadership by the Lagos State Economic Summit Group, Certificate of Commendation by the national Conference of Black mayors, Silver Jubilee Anniversary Award as Labour Friendly Governor by the National Union of Petroleum and Natural gas Workers (NUPENG) and Award of Recognition by Nigerian Berge Limited for the initiation of the independent power project (IPP). I have not even touched the Educational sector, this is just health housing Transportation Power generation and Human empowerment |
TheGoodJoe:The Lagos of before 1999 was an eye sore before Tinubu came on board. Most notable Investments Like the Eko atlantic, The IPP project(stolen by the fg) etc came after Tinubu. Dangote wanted to stay in Ondo, Tinubu and the then Lagos state govt where the ones that convinced him to move to Lagos. Lagos was reorganized from the dying slump the Fed govt left it to a states that now gives Life. Now, there is an array of vital infrastructures like road, train, improved security, viable business environment, housing, better health care systems, schools and others when compared to other cities in Nigeria. These were not there when your Fed govt was using it as capital. Go and get the full text, from where you got your abstract that time. |
