Can you be a bit more detailed about your study plan? Just summarize how many units you need to graduate and the likely courses you will be taken. Talk about what a normal school year seems like for you.
In responding to what this course will do for you, be a bit more concise. You already mentioned what sonograpy is, you don't have to mention that you would use it for checking the foetus of a pregnant woman as that is repetition.
Lastly, work more on what this course will do for you.
Thanks brov for giving me clue, you are the best. I'll work on that

To start with, I love the fact that you are bold enough to come up with this, but the truth is, you still have lots of work to do with your transcript before you even pay the visa fee. I am not a VO, but I have studied enough of both successful (issued visa) and unsuccessful (denied) transcripts, and I have seen the asymmetrical relationship between the two sides. Please, go to the first page of this thread, you will see a link to download both successful and failed transcripts, then, study both, and use them to develop a personalized transcript for yourself.

I recommend this to all those who are yet to come up with a Professionally styled transcript.

I love you all.
Gracias
Thanks much , I appreciate.
I will do just that

TBH, if I was a VO, I won't approve you based on this script.

You'll need to improve your responses on the following questions;

1. What's your study plan
2. About the course
3. Why this school

Do keep your answers short and direct. Your job is not to mesmerize the VO, but to prove within minutes that you are a genuine student who has the wherewithal to undertake foreign studies and would promptly return to the country, without posing incumbrances during or after your study.

Lastly, the bolded is not a good way to begin a conversation. I won't advice that.
thanks brov. I'll work on that

V.o: good morning

Me: I'm good, how was your night

V.o: what's your study plan

Me: I'm going to Lincoln university to pursue my bachelors degree in sonogrpahy

V.o: tell me about this course

Me: sonograpy is and aspect in diagnostic imaging that involves the use of ultrasound, it is used to view internal body structures like the kidney liver, muscles, the heart, feotus in a pregnant woman .

In the aspect of viewing the heart it is used to check the rate of blood flow to the heart and the aspect of pregnant women is to check if the feotus is in the right position and the condition of the feotus the breathing rate and the likes.

V.o what will this course do for you?

Me: with the look of things here in Nigeria, the course is very much alien to us the common one here is radiography, radiographers are still trying to improve their practice to sonography level. So with this course I've an upper hand in taking a sonography job in Gani faweyinmi diagnostic centre in ondo state

V.o: how many schools did you apply to?

Me: 3

V.o: name them

Me: Lincoln university, Cleveland state university and university of lowa

V.o: how many admits

Me: all

V.o: why Lincoln?

Me: I chose Lincoln over all because they have excellent course curriculum and are dedicated in training students the the basic and practical knowledge needed for them to be a professional in this field, and their weather over there is closer to that of Nigeria, it is about 23°c at this time of the year so it will be very easy for me to survive there

V.o: who is your sponsor

Me: my mum

V.o: what does she do

Me: she is a business woman into oil and gas, she is the CEO of Nicon filling station with 3 filling stations. 1 in Ondo town and the remaining two in Akure city

V.o: do you have her statement

Me: yes I do, here they are.

V.o: I'll be holding on your passport take this white paper pick your passport where circled here.

Boom naso I run joyfully go house

please gurus hemme screen the transcript

Uzzy785:
Hi. I am going for a masters in health services administration at Tulane University SPHTM. This place is truly a gold mine and I learnt so much here. I got approved on 27th of sept in abj. Just picked up my passport today. I felt I should give back to the community. There is a lot of background story to this interview but for the sake of brevity i will just go straight to my interview. This was my 2nd attempt.

V.O, good morning

Me, good morning

V.O, where are you going to

Me, Tulane university in new orleans for a masters in health services administration otherwise known as health care management

V.O, how did you hear about the school

Me, when i first made up my mind that i wanted a masters, i went to google and searched for top 20 schools of public health in USA, then i bagan checking each school on their official website. Tulane ranked 12th on the US news and world reports and also My supervisor mentioned the school as one at the forefront on research on tropical diseases which is important to Nigeria...V.O, i will stop you right there.

V.O, why now when you do not have enough medical experience

Me, Not at all, I have been a medical doctor for over 3 yrs now (told her all i have done since graduation till now, all the things on my DS160). V.O, I will stop you right there, so why now?

Me, Based on this experience, i have witnessed a lot of heart shattering things such as people not being able to afford drugs, doctors and healthworkers going on strike, people dying of preventable diseases. Most burdersome is how crippled the country is when we have epidemics. We have manpower and appreciable material resources, what we lack is good administration, planning and execution on how to generate an output that covers the health issues of all Nigerians. This is why i am going to the US to gain such transferable skills. I also have plans of owning my own hospital in Nigeria in the next 6yrs and I need this training to be able to run it efficiently and effectively with aims of giving affordable and accessible health care to my people...VO...i will stop you right there.

V.O, who is sponsoring this

Me, My uncle and i mentioned his name

V.O, can i see a statement

Me, yes, here you go

VO, what does he do

Me, told her

V.O, why is he doing this.

Me, he has always been supportive of my academic pursuits and wants me to be an instrument of positive change in the healthsector of this country

V.O looks at me seriously then says...do you agree to take full responsibility of this document if its found to be fake, this will cost you a 10yrs ban

Me, Yes, its authentic.

V.O, Ok, you have been approved...then the famous temporary deafness started....you will need this i20 at the port of entry...
Me, come again...repeats herself. Your passport will be available so so date, Me, pls come again....VO repeats herself....VO, you wont be able to enter the US 30 days before start of school so the earliest date for you to enter the US is so so date...Me, pls come again...VO, repeats herself. Are you clear with all i have said?
Me, yes

V.O, picks up the white paper and hands it over to me, do have a nice day.
Me, and you too.

Few tips that i can give based on my experience.

1st believe in yourself, sounds cliche right but its tested and trusted. My 1st interview, i met the infamous african american woman and honestly it was not pleasant atall. So if you know within you that you did the whole process yourself, had all your documents intact like i did and the only issue was the interview, do try again.

I am single, in my twenties and have not travelled before. So do not let that bother you so much.

Avoid agents pls. Avoid agents pls. They can be soo wicked. Do everything yourself. Come here for information

Pls be confident, its necessary...there was this guy shouting ontop of his voice thinking it was projecting confidence but we listening could hear the anxiety in every syllable what more the V.O. He was denied. Pls practice well before hand.

I have always been confident about my abilities. GPA 3.6/4 (Wes evaluated). GRE total 310. Applied kindda late to 8 schools was admitted into 7. Two gave me partial scholarships. So i was pretty confident. After the 1st denial, i was truly humbled but i am a resilient fellow. I hardly give up. I found God again...lol, sounds funny but its true. I prayed harder than I did before the 1st interview. I had to trust God this time and it worked.

Listen to motivationals, they helped me alot. I went on youtube, saw a lot. I discovered TD Jakes. What a gifted speaker. It will help you get over the few days depression and push you on.

I had to also contact ppl here to help me. Some answered, some didnt and i understand. People are busy with school, work and all but for a shy guy like me who likes to keep my business my business, i dreaded putting up my enquiries so i contacted the ones i noticed gave enlightening responses with a touch of humanity and who were willing to help others. Few answered, most didnt. So go with the ones that replied you.

Pls during the interview, learn to talk, express yourself. Do not be rigid. A lady i observed who was laughing with the consular officer and smiling through out got hers. I had to learn to smile like those beauty pagent models. My first interview was corrupted with the mantra of dont talk if not spoken to, do not answer what you were not asked...so i was a one word answering machine..yes, no...i did not even expatiate on questions and there was this long period when she was just typing on end, i was expecting more questions but none came afterwords because i read here how brief one had to be, anyways the point is pls by all means express yourself fully. When you notice them typing for long, present your case again, talk about the school, ask for opinion on the city you intend to go to school, say your future plans for Nigeria. Dont just keep mute. Let the V.O be the one to say 'stop'

I want to thank Promise, God bless you. Also Ubah, thank you...your candid advice helped.
Lastly to everyone who posted here, thanks. I started from group 9 to this current group. Its long, I am sorry but I hope this helps someone who genuinely wants to better himself or herself positively. Like i said, i am not inclined to put up things here but if you have questions, feel free to reach out and i will try and answer your emails. Pls be patient with me as i am a doctor with really busy hrs. Never, ever give up. God bless you all.
Bro please help me with your email or WhatsApp contact, help my life please please please

Vo= why UCMO
Me= the school communication degree embrace both mass communication and communication studies tradition, The mass communication aling with my career goal. The communication department runs series of guest lectures with experts from various creations field which going to learn alot from them. The department has a student newspaper and also an online community newspaper which the editors are always graduate students being part of this will help my editor skill and develop me more in the print media aspect. The school itself build classes and create extra circulum activities for it student, that will enable me create and practise my own communication message either face to face or mandating setting.. Vo=Why USA
Me= schools in Nigeria that have offers masters In communication lack the practical tools and techniques to enable me carry out an independent research and practical practise in the field of communication, which is what I need for my course in order to get a broader perspective and increase my confidence in communicating with people with varying culture background..

Vo= why MA or what will the degree do for you

Vo= did you write any test
Me= No, cause after my WES evaluated transcript was sent to the school, the school waived TOEFL for me (truly TOEFL was waived for me, but I actually later right TOEFL, but don't want to tell the Vo cause I wasn't impress with my scores 77)( hope am save with this answer)

Vo= I can see you were denied visa before why( am praying and in great hope in God almighty that this question won't be ask)
Me= I was not convincing enough with my reply cause I was nervous ( please what is the best answer for this, I explain my previous transcript on page 140-141)

Please guys, help proof read and tell me what need to be scrap out and what answer can stay and also the best Sentence to come first and which to come last in my answers.....thanks in advance guys, Love you all...
To me with God with you and this transcript your visa will be approved , u need not tell the VO u wrote any exam since the score isn't impressive.

u can say what u said.

or just kuku say your admission doesn't require any other test after the evaluation. u could just add it to spice things up

but the way u are now u are good to go
