Alright. Thanks. I searched and found none but just needed to find out if it was written in your ITA letter or if they asked you for it. Did you submit a bank statement or anything to show your Financial capability after you received ITA? I'll appreciate if you can share the documents requested for in your ITA letter. Thanks so much. jmakinde: |

@Jmakinde, Congratulations! Thanks for being selfless and sharing your journey to inspire others. I'm inspired. Yours is proof that one can still get ITA without a job offer even though job offer increases your points and chances of being selected. I'm not in the NZ race for now because my points though over 100 is not up to 160. I'm here by the sidelines, cheering you all on while learning the process and all it takes. Keep supporting the likes of us by providing your updates and answering questions as much as you know and can. Thanks again Bro. Please, what's the minimum relocation amount one has to demonstrate to show the capacity to support self or self+family upon relocation or is this not a requirement? 1 Like |

mikeufuoma2016:Which student number are you referring to? Your number issued by CES or any evaluation body you're using? If so, Yes. You must include your reference number in all correspondence. |

Dannyko:This process must be ages ago. See the mail I got from WES 2days ago in response to my enquiry. Me too am trying to save time and money, and to avoid bandwagon effect. Am kinda not happy I joined the bandwagon to WES. If I had researched. I might have gone with another body like CES or ICES To be honest, I've gotten 2 contacts here that can help me with NECO but as situation be, am yet to contract anyone so while waiting, I decided to contact WES to ask. I also wanted to know if they can exempt a candidate who has a Masters degree. Please my people be guided. WES says its a MUST. PS: I'll try to tweet this question to them on Tuesday when they're back to office, see if a different response comes in. I'll share then. Anyone can also help us with further verification, let's know if WES says one thing and does another or perhaps some of their customer service people are not fully educated on their process like we see in some Nigerian Banks. 1 Like 2 Shares

Who has successfully sent Unilag transcript to WES. How did you track? The instruction on the portal says your date will be updated with a tracking number yet its getting close to 3weeks now and Unilag is yet to provide a tracking number. I've been issued transcript some years back so was expecting it to be fast this time since its in my file already. If you have a contact that can help, please let me know. Thanks. 1 Like 1 Share |

magd:I doubt it. WES has sent a verification mail to one of my schools even though the others are yet to send my transcript to WES. I got an email from WES notifying me. @ans123. However all must be complete before the final evaluation report is issued. 3 Likes |

Controlv:Similar info I got from Stanbic IBTC this morning. Difference is IBTC Secondary Market starts at N100k but still at 10%. FBN Secondary Market from N5m, I didn't ask for the rate. |
Investment / Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Marula: 9:40am On May 14, 2019 |
RealityShot:I contacted IBTC and FBN. IBTC says for TBills I can invest from N100k rate is at 10%. That seems quite low. Money Market rate is currently at 12.6% FBN said from N5million for TBills. I didn't bother asking for the rate as my money no reach. However their Money Market Fund is at 13.1% currently so am thinking of going for this with the whole N500k. I used the Formular (Principal x Rate x 1)/365 to calculate the daily yield and that placed the Mutual Market Fund yield of FBN higher than the Treasury Bills or is the calculation faulty or different for Treasury Bills? Please help. I want to make an informed decision. Thank you. House please feel free to weigh in on this |

EndiaSami:Am a newbie to all if this but below is the explanation I got from a friend who is into both Tbills and Money Market. Money Market fund is a Mutual Fund pool managed by banks. They use the money to invest in different things like Tbills, Shares etc. Rate of return fluctuates and you get your interest at the end of the fixed period whereas Tbills is strictly Fed Govt, risk free, interest is paid upfront and interest rate us determined by the Federal Govt. That's a simple summary. |

RealityShot:Oh wow! Thanks. I may need the money before a year so am looking at a 6months investment and then take it from there. Can I do N500k Tbills for 6months and what will be the likely yield? Which Bank or Investment house will you advise? Thank you. |

emmasoft:Thank you for answering. I've decided to go with IBTC Money Market Fund and get more money and go into Treasury bills too. |

Seniors please I need your guidance. I have N500k that has been sitting in a bank that I want to invest. I've read through the thread not all the pages though. My questions are: 1. Can I start with N500k or must it be N1m 2. Which bank or investment house is the best to go with 3. When is the best time for me to register 4. I've also been reading up Mutual Funds don't know between Tbilis and mutual funds which is better and which I can go for with N500k. Thanks for helping out. |

Walegy:WES does multiple with one account but they have institutions and embassies list that they mail to. You just need to specify the institutions. Canada (IRCC is mandatory). Australia should be one of them. I just logged into my Account to help you check but it requires the full name of the Australian institution. |

nkechima:Am a newbie but can tell you this for free: The thread is for everyone as far as I know. People here are selfless and would've answered your question if they knew the answer. It's better to get the right answer than any answer that you'll work with and later regret. My 1 cent. As for me I can never answer a question I don't know and mislead the poster. I'd rather keep my mouth shut in this case fingers off the keyboard. Peace! 20 Likes |
