Avast antivirus can do it I think.

It may not be virus per se. This what you get when you download modded apps incompatible with your android version. It could also be malware attached to some ad pages.

Nonetheless, uninstalling is the recommended action

I used third party app MIUI Custom font installer to be precise , you can download from playstore, then open the app Swipe to local, click the button under, select your ttf font. After that you will still have to go to the themes app to apply the font then reboot. But note, any wallpaper you change to, will surely reset to default

It's an issue with powervr gpus.

Many apps and games are yet to be optimised for chipsets with those GPUs.
