Romance / Re: Colorado Made Me Realize Say Another Life Dey by MarvyWhiz: 3:35pm On Apr 01
Bluezy13:

My dear, almost every man in such level of highness will see what you saw too.

Let me explain something.
Religion is a psychological manipulation...either due to infant indoctrination or conscious subjection to indoctrination...that makes you think that there is a giant sitting up in the clouds who controls you and things around you like pawns in a game of chess; and that giant is called God.
When you took the Colorado, your mental state was subjected to an illusion that gave you more assurance that the giant really existed. But realistically, the giant may not exist.

The only difference between you while high with other religious apologists like perhaps your fellow Christians was that although you're all wallowing in the same mental illusion about a god, your own mental illusion was twice theirs due to the puff.
Now, it will be very difficult for you to be realistic because both physically and mentally, you've experienced that illusion.

To prove my point, you created this thread to boast that Colorado was the holy spirit that made you to experience that God really existed.

I had my first puff of colos yesterday and that was the feeling that came to my mind. The high was insane and something I wouldn’t want to experience again, but the prevailing feeling was how I was a body of meat. To think that someone somewhere created this sack of meat just to grow and die and place him either in heaven or hell made no sense. I stepped into my room and observed, that was a qualifier of what this meat has achieved, the more money I get the more signifier of this status of what I have, something I would leave here. To think many of me exist, all over the planet, just striving to die and we were created in the image of someone who we never saw the original copy, all this to die and spend eternity somewhere. I looked at my genitals and it was part of this big sack of meat, I’m a ‘human being’ so to speak, but who said I was that, and why do I place so much importance on this persona, I didn’t choose my face, my voice, my skin color nothing… Then you tell me who to like, what to love and where to go to… Either the original copy is hiding something or we’re actually masters, everything we have been told is for control.

How can a grown up man like you be sharing money here and there; are you father Christmas? You went to meet someone that wants to buy something from you instead of allowing the person to come to you.. You don Bleep up! Lessons learnt.. Next time, open your eyes well well na Zoo you dey; where everybody na thief.. Even a little boy of 15years that behave this way.. Those map location you put up there is fake.. Tracking numbers without police is fake because its only police and co has the has Right to get informations of a person from network providers in this country and ordinary person can't get such information. Even the ones that nairaland is breeding; omo na thieves full here ooh. Sorry, next time Open your eyes... That person is still in Abuja forget that Ogu state.. He is in Abuja. So, what happened to the small boy he gave the game to; did they enter the same keke together?
they both did. The police was the first thing that came to mind, they took my statement and that's been it, I called on Tuesday this week and the inspector asked me to find a tracking means myself and get back to him. I know tracking the said person is almost impossible, I'm just holding on to any hope right now.

I know everything in the back of your mind was telling you that this was a scam the moment he pretended to want to leave and you didn’t get any money yet. Next time, trust your instincts!
Or was it the ‘little boy’ that did you in? 🙄
True I felt every bit of apprehension. I think I let him go because he said he was a soldier, he spoke in Hausa to the little boy and I felt like I held him unnecessarily. He had messaged me to come outside, so I had no thought he had the intention to defraud me. Even with taking his picture, I refused, I only wanted to sell my console and get my money... I didn't need his picture so I thought. So many signs I missed, too trusting to a fault.
Crime / Everyone Is A Thief. Help !!! by MarvyWhiz: 5:08pm On Aug 06, 2023
My story begins last week, Saturday, when I received a message on Jiji from someone posing as a woman. She wanted to buy my Nintendo Switch Lite, which I had listed in my ad space. She claimed it was for her son and requested to meet that evening for the transaction. I explained that I couldn't make it that night but offered to meet at my place if it was urgent. We ended our communication for the day.

On Sunday, the same person texted me again, asking me to come over, and offered to pay for my transportation fare. She mentioned trying my number multiple times without success, I provided an alternative number, which according to her also didn't work. She requested that I meet her husband at Gwarimpa (Citec) to assess the product and make the payment.

After some thought, I decided to go to the meeting place. Upon arriving, I waited for about 15 minutes until a middle-aged man called me and confirmed his presence. We exchanged pleasantries, and he inspected the console just as I had advertised. He then gave it to a little boy who accompanied him and proceeded to make the payment. He inquired about my transportation fare, and I mentioned 1k. He generously added an additional 1k, for which I thanked him. I provided my Chipper Cash account for a quick transfer and opened my bank app to refresh it.

After approximately 3 minutes, I still hadn't received the payment alert. He expressed his need to leave as he had taken time off from work to meet me (claiming to be a soldier). I requested a moment to wait for the alert, but despite my efforts to refresh, no payment came through. He insisted that he had sent the money and asked me to take his picture as a sign of trust. He pleaded with me to show him some sympathy as he was being held back. After about 2 more minutes of checking, I reluctantly accepted that he could leave and took a picture of the debit alert. He assured me that he would refund the money if it got returned to him.

As he left in a Napep, I stayed at the gate, continually refreshing my account. However, it began to rain, so I sought shelter under a shed. While waiting, I Googled the alert issue and stumbled upon a post about a PAGA SCAM alert on Nairaland similar to my experience. https://www.nairaland.com/7724164/how-got-scammed-using-paga
It dawned on me that I had been conned, so I hurried to the police station to report the incident, where I provided a statement.

Subsequently, I found individuals on Nairaland (on that post) who claimed they could track accounts like these. I enlisted the services of one user with the username "thaikun15." He informed me that the process would take 3 to 5 days and charged me 5k. He requested an initial payment of 3k and the remaining 2k upon completion.

After waiting for the said 5 days without any response from "thaikun15," who came up with excuses, I reached out to another user named "Hope88." He claimed he could track the number from the same post. I narrated the entire incident to him, and he stated that his brother needed to be paid 1500 upfront. I offered to double the payment but requested proof first. He eventually provided certain information, including the supposed name of the scammer, his last known location, and last phone number called.

I reached out to the number and explained the situation to the person who confirmed the name and said the scammer arrived last night in Ijebu. He mentioned that the person came with a big bag and might be headed to Computer Village to sell the items inside. He expressed his willingness to help as he knew the scammer while he schooled in Abuja. Grateful for his assistance, I contacted the person who helped me track the number, thanked him, and paid him the requested N1,500.

Later, the person in Ijebu contacted me to report that the scammer had already left for Lagos, and he couldn't approach him. We had a lengthy conversation, and he expressed sympathy for my situation. When he revealed his name as Emmanuel, I was surprised since the person who tracked the supposed scammer's number also had the same name, Emmanuel. I requested to speak with the tracker over the phone, but he preferred to chat and claimed to be busy. Eventually, we spoke on the phone, and though he tried to disguise his voice, it sounded similar to the previous user, which raised suspicions.

Curious, I checked the Nairaland posts of the user "Hope88" and discovered that the same phone number he provided me belonged to him. I confronted him about this, but he denied it, stating that the account with the username "Emax132" was his real one. However, I had gathered sufficient proof to show otherwise.

Sadly, I haven't been able to trace the scammer yet and have lost money in the process of trying to track him down. It has been an agonizing week filled with depression, loss, and pain, especially since I needed the money for rent. The more people I have reached out for the help, the more they have tried to play on my grief.

The information I have about the scammer includes his number, 0913 859 8548, and Truecaller identifies him as "SUNUSI." If anyone can offer assistance, please reach out to me.

A phone is as good as the owner is willing to sell it, and the buyer is willing to pay.

I sold my 6gb+128gb rn9pro for 90k, mind you I have been using same since October 2020.

Got the rn10pro 8+128gb for 178k inclusive of the mi band brand new.

So whatsoever price the op wants to seller it's nobody's business when he bought the phone, as long as there's a willing buyer out there it's fine.

Hey guys status update...
I just visited my PPA, I met with the principal of the school, a very nice jovial man...
He told me there was alot of issues emanating from the deployment and a redeployment tab would be made available on the website.
What he did was to accept me, he signed and stamped my letter. His reason was that if I was rejected they might still send me back there.
He said when the redeployment tab becomes open on the website I should seek to redeploy to a place closer to me.
I'll upload the letter later in the day and see how it goes.
Just had to let you people know.
Good luck.

So ya saying your bvn status is valid now?
No I am saying, I am using the bank I registered with as opposed to the one I used to download the PPA letter...
The system would normalize it, it's BVN for any bank irrespective.

Yes I have, just got my PPA letter...
Issue is I use two banks, I initially registered with my uba, but my BVN was done with my union bank.
To print my PPA letter i had to use my union, my BVN status is currently showing provided but BVN status invalid.
I had to update my union at last, just needed to confirm this with others.
I just reverted back to the original bank I used for registration.
The BVN link has to be the same.

Also is redeployment actually a thing?

Romance / Re: What's Your Worst First Date Experience? by MarvyWhiz: 10:46am On Apr 05, 2021
My experience wasn't a date but with my babe in school.

so my guy hosted this birthday party for his girlfriend and he invited us, he informed us he had rooms already booked for us so we needed not to bother.

fast-forward, party went smoothly we vibed and all and it was time to check in, my guy only had two rooms booked one for him and his girlfriend the other was taken by another couple present at the party, hotel was filled no place to sleep.

going back to school wasn't an option we were so far off in town, and about 3 of us every one of us with our babes were room less, time was about 2am.

My babe at this junction was literally fuming, I had promised her that we had a room all set and here we were.

we were asked to go check another hotel close by on getting there all the room were taken, wahala.

babe calm down, I didn't plan it like this, we will pull through...

babe was just fake smiling I could tell the anger, I wasn't helping matters.

We went back to the former hotel stranded and all, the mumu receptionist later told us there was a room but the a.c wasn't working. we get choice we paid for it, two couples had to crash into that room, the other went with the host.

shower and all we laid on the bed, babe nor vex at least we got it settled.....she still dey act up, fine na me f--k up.....

I couldn't hold on, I left the bed took my pillow and slept on the floor, in my mind babe will come and beg me for where, I felt one weak shrug on my body, come to the bed na, I persisted....babe left me on the floor.

the next day we had classes, body pains all ova.
I see her for class I just bone, she sef bone...
we later made up that evening but shit mhen I was pained.
