Kennydoc: She's very tall. The girl at the middle is at least 5' 2", while the other girl is around 5' 3". The huge girl is at least 1' taller than each of them, which puts her at a minimum height of 6' 2". That's taller than Obama, who is 6' 1". So my guy, the girl is very tall. She doesn't look that tall to you cos of her girth. If she were slim, she would have been like a pole. Dnt mind them, Those girls are more than 5.3 especially the one on the right. I know cos am 5.3. Those girls are taller than me |

[quote author=personal59 post=41475427]My brother all wine are not alcoholic I knw what am saying nd yes there is no prove that jesus miracle is an alcoholic wine. [/quote The traditional jewish wine has never been non.alcholic. Thank God you are a scientists. This however is my field so i too know what am saying. Ask your pators to tell you the truth, when they go on pilgrimages to jerusalem, they are welcomed to the various sites with the jewish traditional wine at some points. My neigbour had a fall out with his pastors cos of this same issue. He finally got to go on pilgrimage with his church elders and discovered that they were lying to him and misinterpreting the bible without historical facts. (which is important) he now drinks to their face wen they come to his house cos they know they are wrong they cant say nothing. Also, he came along with a refined bottle of wine from his pilgrimage. It is called the wine at thwe wedding at cana. According to the tourist its a sweet wine used during jewish traditional weddings for ages, he also said while bottling they reduced the alchohol content cos the original one has high level of alchohol. Its like saying the palmwine which the igbos wen they were still practicing traditional religion is not alcholic wine anymore cos they now practice christianity. However, even our ancestors had proverbs about drunk men, does that mean they didnt drink? |

personal59: My brother pls point to note
If dis discussion is for the sake of learning I will b with u nd if is for argument sake sorry bro I don't do that
That's by d way to ur question there is nothing like doing it 20times it is automatic process due to ur end product moreover 0.5% is same as zero alcoholic content if u test the alcoholic content afetr end product u will av no reading the 0.5% is just for benefit of doubt nt that it is present.
If u read it well I said "more than 99.5%" nt 99.5%
And going by dis 75 reason above it shows jesus self never taste an alcohol. So it make m ask the question since there is an alcoholic nd non alcoholic wine nd d bible just said "wine" nd its not specific. Those verses negate taking of wine so hw do we explain the fact that jesus take an alcohol wen bible does not support taking of alcohol.
Thanks
Constructive explanation pls
Not for the sake of argument bt for learning. Thanks once again Pls what school did you attend? |

Yes they are alcoholic and it all occur before jesus christ was born And all d verses u quote up there and there consequence couple with the 75 I also quote mak me to conclude it isn't good and nt accepted to tke and also the one jesus gave them wasn't recorded as something that intoxicate them.
The difference is that those ones intoxicate those who tk it and the one jesus gave them wasn't recorded as an intoxicant I.e it was nt recorded that it intoxicate anyone after taking it.
Even rice av starch nd alcohol can be gotten from it too that doesn't mean rice is alcoholic. That's y I said only a chemist will understand m better (I mean unbiased chemist) Wait, it was first alchohol. Then 95%extacted living 5%. How is that non alchoholic fermentation? my cousin is a muslim her husband doesnt drink even non alchoholic wine cos he knows the process doesnt change thr fact that there is still alchoholic. By the way hes a phd holder. He says scientifically, there is nothing like non alchoholic wine. Its still goes through fermentation |

The pope didn't say that the creation account in genesis is false, he said that the big bang and evolution isn't incompartible with scripture rightly understood. That was how he said the lgbt should be welcomed to the church because christ came for the sinners, that we should love them as christ loves the sinner. They claimed he said he supports gay rights. No one is misinformed cos everyone is aware of the fact, and all the remaining part is a blessing to people with open mind. Anyways my point is not to divert others attention from the import of the message, because to simply put, no one is supposed to celebrate Christmas if there aren't saved because the essence of Christ coming will be defeated.
Stay blessed Here we go again. With our nairaland assumptions. Do you know that someone qouted that same error i corrected in another thread i was in. I asked where he saw that he said on nairaland.he qouted it the exact same way. Let me not asume its this thread |

YourCoffin: And here you have psycho adults roaming the streets. Adults who were supposedly disciplined as kids. Which is more containable psycho kids or psycho adults?
Every abuser has correction as his/her intention to justify thier vile acts. If trully kids here are disciplined like you said, it would have reflected on the society. Rather we have abused kids who have grown into monsters to commit one heinous crime from the other.
Yes, you were disciplined. That's why you see nothing wrong in hitting a lactating dog with a stick. After all, she was only disciplining the dog. The husband also is disciplining his wife for disciplining his dog. That's the language everybody understands here if I'm to reason with you. Correction by abuse. If your theory about psyco adults is correct, how comes our grandparent and parents born before the 80s were disciplined,Godfearing, hardworking, morally upright citizens. Compared to those after the 80s who are the criminals you are now refferi g to now. Let me remind you, those before the 80s did a whole lot of corpral purnishment and used the rod. After the 80s,no spanking. Yea,right look how this generation turned out..as for abuse, am sure you know that physical violence is just one type and it involves a whole lot other than parenting.i can never beat a child to the point of injuring or bleeding. No statistics has proven beating as a major cause of criminal, phsyco behaviours. Cos most countries that uphold that idea seem to have a higher number of pychos and morally drained societies. How did we even get to this point, the point i made from the very start stands. Its a shame to equal animals to humans or even compare them..God!! Look at us arguing over pets when there are children who need this more Like damian marley says 'this generation of. Mine is filled with hypocrites , we care about the animals in the zoo but cant find food for the starving tommies..... |

YourCoffin: Spanking kids is equally wrong. Desist from spanking kids pls.
In fact, I don't undertand you people at all. I don't know why you people condone and excuse abuse againts those who are trully helpless (kids and animals) and are against the abuse of those who stand a better chance to wistand the abuse than the latter. What's the logic in that? The logic is that we dnt have phsyco kids runing around and shooting their mates in school. Fyi, the pyschologists that told ppl not to spank their kids cos it could lead to mental disorientation, ended up with a problem kid who later on comitted suicide. Hes kid was supposed to be a good example of his theory... For me its mere discipline i was raised that way and i dnt hate my parents for it |

YourCoffin: I don't know about you but if anybody hits my dog I'll definitely react, maybe my reaction wouldn't get to the extent of beating a pregnant woman. But I would react.
As for the case at hand, the dog was only barking. Rather than find out the reason for it, the woman chose to beat her with a stick. That's overeaction there irrespective of her pregnancy, which tells one thing: she doesn't approve of the dogs right from the beginning. If it were you I'm damn sure you wouldn't do that to your dog whether you're pregnant or not.
As for the man, he overeacted too in defense of his dog.
I can't exonerate one and leave the other. Both of them shouldn't have married each other because both them are incapable of showing care to each other. All these cos of animal, not all of us have your western ideology. If i can spank my kids,i can definitely discipline my dogs aswell. At least, they are getting equal treat ment. And i repeat, pregnant women are usually intolerant. Alot of men complain about their pregnant wives. Its natural. I can definitely exault one cos human life comes first. No? |

Syncan: From Today's Gospel.
"When the time arrived for Elizabeth to have her child she gave birth to a son. Her neighbors and relatives heard that the Lord had shown his great mercy toward her, and they rejoiced with her.". LK 1:57-66
Wait! Did you hear that? "When the time arrived..." it says. There is a time for everything under the sun remember Eccl.3:1. The time for many things in our lives; we do not know, yet in this season of memories; one cannot but ruminate with nostalgia some times in our lives when we couldn't just wait for "the time" to arrive....How does the priest in his silver jubilee feel; when he recalls what he felt for the bishop the time his ordination was differed by six months? How does the mother of three in a ten year old marriage feel; when she recalls what she felt for her parents in the restrictions and sanctions during her adolescence? How does a husband of fifteen years with a loving wife feel; when he recalls what he felt some nights in school living beside a neighbor who was cohabiting? What could be going through the mind of a well earning worker; when the worker remembers the many times Christmas had met him unemployed? What does it feel like to that 39yrs old sister I know, that got wedded this season; when she recalls what she's felt for God and men in the past 18yrs or so? Ah...na wa o, some of us will definitely unconsciously begin the mea culpa as they recall the past, for in our desperation, several regrettable feelings, thoughts and actions took place. Yet, when the time arrived everything fell in place, for God makes all things beautiful in HIs time Eccl.3:11. Indeed beloved brethren, oge Chukwu ga-asuru gi ohia, o gaghi ekwe umu uwa nghota. Just like the neighbors of Elizabeth and Zachariah, your neighbors will marvel and rejoice with you.
