Actually its not really straight forward like that but I made my prediction based on the fact that US have most advanced missile defenses in the world. While the Russia have RS-24 ICMB that made it possible to hit anywhere in the US, The US also have Minuteman III ICBM. I will like you to read about US Minutemen III rockets. So while I don't pray for Nuclear war between the 2 countries cos the result will be devastating for both sides, I still personally feel US may have edge cos they are aggressive and that's probably the only way you can win the Nuclear war especially between US and Russia. But to be sincere both countries will become history if they decide to go for Nuclear war

Have read so much about this. Since you said assuming Nuclear weapons are not involved, then the winner will depend on the aggressor. Russia don't have what it takes to invade America. They will be seriously dealt with. Same thing with America. Because of the distant, it won't be possible for US to invade Russia. Russia has what it takes to resist and incur terror on invaders. But if its Nuclear war, then the US will definitely Win.

President Buhari has a right to participate in debates or refuse to do so. There is no where in the constitution or in the electoral act where it is stipulated that a candidate must attend debates.

Giving the extraordinary circumstances our nation is facing, it is not inconceivable that Mr President may not be available for some or all debates.

This is whithout prejudice to our belief in debates as a constituent part of the electoral process.
