RomanceBride Ordered To Pay $8,000 Compensation To Groom For Surgery 2restore Virginity by mastercee(op): 5:51pm On Apr 19, 2013
An Egyptian woman has been ordered to pay her former husband £5240 in compensation after he discovered she had lied to him about her virginity.
The man accused his wife of deceiving him into believing she had never been married before – and therefore a virgin – and of having surgery to fake her virginity, during a bitter divorce battle which went to the court of appeal in Abu Dhabi.

The court upheld a previous ruling that found she had deceived her husband and increased the compensation she must now pay for the emotional damage she caused him.

The money is also meant to help him overcome the stigma of what is considered in some parts of Arab society to be an embarrassing ordeal for him and his family.

The case centred around the original marriage contract made by the couple where the Egyptian bride, the court heard, allegedly faked a number of key points about her background.
The court established the woman had been married earlier and had divorced her first husband. It also acknowledged that she had made false statements “with the help of her father, in the couple’s marriage contract – stating that she had never been married or had s*x,” according to press reports.

The demise of the couple’s marriage came about following a spiteful sms message sent to the current husband, the court heard.

Court records show that after three years of marriage, and the birth of a child, her current husband received an anonymous text message informing him that his wife had been married in the past.

The text message was later followed up by a copy of the woman’s divorce document which was also sent to the husband as proof, prompting the man to file for divorce against his Egyptian wife for lying to him.

He claimed compensation from her for the emotional damage he suffered, claiming that he was “suffering from depression and had lost trust in the people around him as a result of her deception.”

The husband also accused his wife of undergoing surgery to make it seem as though she was a virgin – a simple operation which is becoming increasingly common in some Arab countries.

This is far from the first bizarre divorce case in the United Arab Emirates. In July of last year a Dubai court reportedly awarded an Emirati woman about $24 400 in a shocking divorce settlement, after she claimed her husband was “obsessed” with internet p****graphy.

It was also heard in court that their wedding was doomed from the beginning when the bridegroom allegedly admitted on their honeymoon to having sexually transmitted diseases which were currently being medically treated.

mrnestyy1985: Most apps developers have understood that making money with apps is a Strategic Process.they have to decide wether to task the end users or to task the advertisers.the amount end users pay on advertisement will always depend ob the amount of users that use the Apps.

So this is what most of them do

They either choose to offer the apps free for users and wait until they accumulate more users, then they take this statistcs to the advertisers for a bid.the higher the users, the higher the bid.i call this robbing peter to pay paul.

Another strategy is to offer the apps to a particular region for free and offer it to the other region for a fee.some apps could be free and when you try to download it again using the same number, they tell you to pay.that is bcus, they have realized that you like the apps and you are willing to pay to have it.

It is a general believe that people send more watsup message than the normal text.i wont be surprise it watsup start sending advertising message from advertisers to peoples phone.

From whatsup policy,it says the apps is for free for a year and after that you have to pay for it.but in some region.they dont offer free watsup.u must pay to start using it.

If you have a skype apps on your iphone, you will notice some advert on the top.

Some apps offer a free version, they they offer an advance version with more functionality.the free version strategy is for marketing reason.people try it and are convinced to apy for more functionality.

Dont forget that the big money comes if the apps owner decides to sell off the apps in the apps market to potential investors.

Thats why i tell NIgerians in order to succeed in e-business or apps business.you must be very very patient.you must be patient enough as a patient dog eat the fattest bone not forgeting that somebody ate the beafmeat. wink
The way you always take your time to explain things really marvels me. Now, I know how all these free applications in the market generates their money, Strategic indeed.

Thank you so much, waiting for the remaining part of the Business Module 13...... Stay Blessed

mrnestyy1985: Hi Bro,

That idea of a premier league Apps is a bomb. im not a football follower so i cant tell if its a Virgin idea. . well taught but with some setback. Try not to charge money for your Apps at least until you get more than a thousand users otherwise you will end-up loosing passion for it because you are not making any money from it.There are other ways of making money from mobile Apps. Have you wondered why Watsup as popular as it is happens to be free in some phones?Do you think the owner is not making money from it?

Rather than requesting money from people in an infant Apps then later spend alot of money doing marketing.why not offer it to some number of people and allow them do the marketing for you for free. wink

I will not encourage your idea No 2 and the last. Why?

Because if Nigerians actually spend so much time doing research on their thesis,im sure they will find solution to Nigerian problems. Most Nigerian endup recopying an old thesis.thats why Nigeria has lots of setback.sometimes i think the westerners are in 2050s while Nigerians are still in 1940s and the only reason i can link to it is that Nigerian university graduate always do research on old topics already discussed and the lecturers do not have a tracking system to track past thesis so they just score them grades with ease.

If there is a database of Nigerian university thesis like they have in obodo oyibo,im sure many graduate student in Nigerian wouldnt have to look for job after graduation because their thesis have provided them with links for job opportunity.

Your last idea about movie download site.you already gave an answer to it.you can make a small fortune in a short time but when you are caught?bro, you will surely make the jail or prison your home within a short time.

Tips: Being a student in a student environment,Maybe you can create a website that links student looking for reading partners/discussion partners. The partner could be based on different department, topics or sex(Male/female). you might be the next student e-environment owner and work in the path that Facebook owner walked but more focused on the Nigerian student.
You might require some programming partner or you could outsource it, feel free to explore the tips
Just a Question Bro, Can you tell us how Whatsapp is making money with their free Application.

mrnestyy1985: 12: How you can be an inventor of a local Nigerian beer.

Hi guys,i just figured out how you can be an inventor of a local Nigerian alcoholic beer as i was drinking a locally processed finnish beer this morning

Most of us are aware of the Nigerian locally extracted Palm Wine. What is unique about it is its taste that looks so natural sweet and sour

Over here where i live.they same a similar locally extracted Tree Wine with much alcohol content. An inventor was able to repackage it in a small juice pack with some additional concentrate to retain the taste and increase the alcoholic percentage.

After you find a suitable concentrate that is health friendly, you can proceed with your sample product to any breweries and sell the idea to them.

In my opinion,i think this can be implemented in the Nigerian locally extracted palm wine and mass produced to become like other known alcohol beverages.

With my little knowledge of chemistry and with the help of my friend Google.i should be able to find concentrates that could be used.i welcome any chemistry nigerian student to research this idea.lets share our opinion.

I might be interesting in the development and packaging process.paper case liquid packaging is not so expensive to acquire as compared to bottle and can packages we can also outsource the packaging to existing liquid packaging company in Nigeria.so all we have to worry about is the chemistry aspect of it and the Nafdac registration.

Manufacturing can be taken care of by existing breweries

mrnestyy1985: 8. Social Network platform for NYSC members

A Nigerian NYSC social network for connecting with ex camp members and sharing experience with new ones so they know what to expect in their camp.

NYSC training is the final stage in people education before they enter working life in Nigeria. Most graduate end up keeping memories of their nysc service experience even after retirement and they always wish to connect with coup members and make reunion. Some ex coup members try to find pictures taken during their nysc training to no avail and some try to connect with old pals and school mate.

How it works
ex coup member go to the site, register with their camp details and upload their photos.for every nice experience they encounter, their photos are uploaded and feedback are shared.the search engine helps to connect other ex members using the "six degree law".

This site could help individuals secure employment through ex coup member connection. for example. a friend of mine secured a job during an interview because the interviewer who is also the boss served in the same location with the job seeker though not at the same year.my friend served in 2005 and the employer served in 1989 but bcus he still keeps the sweet memories of his service,he decided to build the bond.

Another friend of mine got a job because the boss was happen to know someone who knew someone that knew someone who served in the same camp as the job seeker. grin

IslamWhy Islam Prohibits You From Eating Pork ~ 15 Things You Should Know About Pigs by mastercee(op): 11:10pm On Apr 14, 2013
1) A pig is a real garbage gut. It will eat anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals.

2) The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef or venison.

3) When eating beef or venison, it takes 8 to 9 hours to digest the meat so what little toxins are in the meat are slowly put into our system and can be filtered by the liver. But when pork is eaten, it takes only 4 hours to digest the meat. We thus get a much higher level of toxins within a shorter time.

4) Unlike other mammals, a pig does not sweat or perspire. Perspiration is a means by which toxins are removed from the body. Since a pig does not sweat, the toxins remain within its body and in the meat.

5) Pigs and swine are so poisonous that you can hardly kill them with strychnine or other poisons.

6) Farmers will often pen up pigs within a rattlesnake nest because the pigs will eat the snakes, and if bitten they will not be harmed by the venom.

7) When a pig is butchered, worms and insects take to its flesh sooner and faster than to other animal's flesh. In a few days the swine flesh is full of worms.

cool Swine and pigs have over a dozen parasites within them, such as tapeworms, flukes, worms, and trichinae. There is no safe temperature at which pork can be cooked to ensure that all these parasites, their cysts, and eggs will be killed.

9) Pig meat has twice as much fat as beef. A 3 oz T bone steak contains 8.5 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork chop contains 18 grams of fat. A 3 oz beef rib has 11.1 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork spare rib has 23.2 grams of fat.

10) Cows have a complex digestive system, having four stomachs. It thus takes over 24 hours to digest their vegetarian diet causing its food to be purified of toxins. In contrast, the swine's one stomach takes only about 4 hours to digest its foul diet, turning its toxic food into flesh.

11) The swine carries about 30 diseases which can be easily passed to humans. This is why God commanded that we are not even to touch their carcase (Leviticus 11:cool.

12) The trichinae worm of the swine is microscopically small, and once ingested can lodge itself in our intestines, muscles, spinal cord or the brain. This results in the disease trichinosis. The symptoms are sometimes lacking, but when present they are mistaken for other diseases, such as typhoid, arthritis, rheumatism, gastritis, MS, meningitis, gall bladder trouble, or acute alcoholism.

13) The pig is so poisonous and filthy, that nature had to prepare him a sewer line or canal running down each leg with an outlet in the bottom of the foot. Out of this hole oozes pus and filth his body cannot pass into its system fast enough. Some of this pus gets into the meat of the pig.

14) According to Jewish law, pork is one of a number of foods forbidden from consumption by Jews. These foods are known as "non-kosher" foods. In order for a meat to be kosher, it must first come from a kosher animal. A kosher animal must be a ruminant and have split hooves - therefore cows, sheep, goats and deer are all kosher, whereas camels and pigs (having each only one sign of kashrut) are not kosher.

15) Quran, Holy book of Muslims also prohibits consumption of pork.

"He has made unlawful for you that which dies of itself and blood and the flesh of swine and that on which the name of any other than Allah has been invoked. But he who is driven by necessity, being neither disobedient nor exceeding the limit, then surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful." Quran 2:173

PoliticsObama’s $400,000 And The Jumbo Pay For Nigeria’s Legislators by mastercee(op): 9:17am On Apr 14, 2013
President Barack Obama’s total pay last year was $400,000, which is about $34,000. The pay package of the world’s most powerful leader was revealed Friday as America’s First Couple revealed their tax filings for 2012.

With President Obama already pledging a 5 per cent pay cut, the couple’s income will most likely head southwards in 2013.

In Naira terms, Obama earns about N64million yearly from his work as the President of the United States of America, a country three-tenths the size of the African continent.

The revelation immediately forces a comparison with the obscenely jumbo pay Nigeria’s lawmakers receive.

Nigerian senators currently draw a scandalous N180 million illegal allowance each annually, making them the world’s highest paid lawmakers.

This excludes their basic salary – a far lesser figure -and essential allowances approved by the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission.

It also does not include allowances and estacodes the senators draw while on committee work within and outside the country.

A member of the House of Representatives also receives N144 million as allowances.

The principal officers for the two chambers receive far much more, with the Senate President said to be drawing an allowance of N250 million every quarter, making the allowances N1billion yearly.

Here is a full picture of the salary of the Nigerian senator :

NIGERIAN SENATORS
Basic Salary (BS) = N2,484,245.50

Hardship Allowance: 50% of Basic Salary = N1,242,122.75

Constituency allowance: 200% of BS = N4,968,509.00

Furniture Allowance: 300% of BS = N7,452,736.50

Newspaper allowance: 50% = N1,242,122.70

Wardrobe allowance: 25% = N621,061.37

Recess Allowance: 10% = N248,424.55

Accommodation: 200% = N4,968,509.00

Utilities: 30% = N828,081.83

Domestic Staff: 35% = N863,184.12

Entertainment: 30% = N828,081.83

Personal Assistance: 25% = N621,061.37

Vehicle Maintenance Allowance: 75% = N1,863,184.12

Leave Allowance : 10% = N248,424.55

One off payments (Severance gratuity): 300% = N7,452,736.50

Motor Vehicle Allowance: 400% of BS = N9,936,982.00

Total per month = N29, 479, 749.00

The issue still remains whether Nigeria’s lawmakers can justify this payout in a country ravaged by poverty, where more than 80 per cent of the people live on less than a dollar a day.

Does anybody know the total emoluments for Nigeria’s ministers and the President?
PoliticsSanusi Advocates Drug Test For Political Office Seekers by mastercee(op): 9:11am On Apr 14, 2013
The Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, on Saturday said all those seeking elective political office should be subjected to drug tests to ascertain that they are not drug addicts.

Sanusi made the call in Kano at a three-day workshop on anti-substance abuse awareness campaign and train the trainers,News Agency of Nigeria reports.

The programme was organised by an NGO, “I CARE Women and Youth Initiative,” a pet project of the wife of the Vice-President, Amina Sambo.

“Anyone who wants to contest for political office or seeking political appointment should be asked to go for drug test.

“If you are in drug, you will not have the opportunity to be appointed in any position of authority in this country,” he said.

Sanusi, who blamed the elite for the prevailing moral decadence in the society, said there was an urgent need to examine the entire value system in the society.

“Today we have created class even among our children and we give our children more money than they need and buy them expensive cars.

“We see young boys and girls moving from one office to another looking for contracts and when they get the money, they organise parties and spend the money any how,’’ he added.

The CBN governor said  governments should continue to create employment opportunities to check drug abuse and other social vices.

The vice-president’s wife called on parents to monitor the activities of their children and the kind of company they kept.

“It is only by so doing that we can nip in the bud the early warning signs of drug abuse among our children.

“Unfortunately, Kano State is said to constitute majority of the 37.5 per cent of the total drug victims in the North-West Zone which ranks highest in the country.

“More worrisome is the fact that married women are said to be actively involved in the abuse of these substances with a high percentage of them discovered to be addicted to them,’’ she said.

He appealed to the people to cooperate with the government in the fight against drug abuse.

PoliticsOnly In Nigeria Can This Happen by mastercee(op): 4:55pm On Mar 03, 2013
In 1979, Bamanga Tukur was the Governor of the defunct Gongola State (now Adamawa & Taraba) and 33 years after he is today the Chairman of the ruling Party, The PDP; Dr. Bello Halliru was commissioner in the Old Sokoto State (now Sokoto, Kebbi & Zamfara) and 33 years after he is today Minister of Defence; Major General David Mark (rtd) was the military governor of Niger State in 1984 and 28 years
after he is today the Senate President; Gov. Murtala Nyako was the governor of Niger State in 1976 and 36 years after he is today the Governor of Adamawa State; Ogbonnaya Onu was governor of Abia State in 1992 and 20 years after he is today the National Chairman of ANPP; Gov. David Jonah Jang was the governor of Benue State in 1985 and 27 years after he is today the governor of plateau state; and Martins Elechi the Ebonyi State Governor is over 80 years old! Only in Nigeria is this possible, where the youth of today have no hope into the future! Where do we go from here?
People Deceive People (PDP), 1985, IBB was the president of Nigeria and our teachers told us that Buhari was the former Head of state..Our teacher also called us the leaders of tomorrow..27 years later, IBB and Buhari are still contesting for President..Its either our teacher lied to us about being the leaders of tomorrow..Or tomorrow is yet to come.. Who's fooling who?. Let's stand and fight for our right because we are the leaders of Today... Please let all youth alliance together and fight for the unborn. We can't continue like this.
Christianity EtcBreaking News: Pope Benedict XVI Converts To ISLAM by mastercee(op): 3:56pm On Mar 02, 2013
In a shocking press conference Sunday, Pope Benedict XVI revealed to the world that he will be stepping down from the Catholic Church’s highest office. “Through prayer and reflection over the past years,” the world’s holiest man began, “I’ve realized that Allah is the one true God.”

Amid clattering camera shutters and roaring reporters, Pope Benedict patiently answered questions, citing traditional Muslim folklore as well as passages from the Qur’an to explain his decision. His session was interrupted only once, when he swiveled South-East to face Mecca, stooped to the ground, and recited the Asr, one of the five daily prayers central to Muslim belief.

The startling reversal comes as a shock to many familiar with the Pope’s policies on Islam. “Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached,” the Bishop of the Vatican famously said of Islam in his 2006 lecture Faith, Reason and the University—Memories and Reflections.

When asked about the quote, Pope Benedict sighed with good-humored remorse and chuckled quietly to himself: “Yeah I’ve regretted that for some time. But I was young and naïve… I see things much clearer now. Besides, I’ve always kinda liked the thought of having a sword. The Cardinals were a real pain on that one.”

When asked whether he would be reverting to his born name, Pope Benedict enthusiastically interjected. “I’ve decided to change my name to Sajjad Sayyid Ratzinger,” His Ex-Holiness explained. “I’m keeping my surname purely for logistical reasons, so my Facebook friends and Twitter followers won’t be confused.

His transition hasn’t been without opposition. Hours after the press conference, a special Fox and Friends segment aired on FOXNEWS, featuring a picture of the Pope photoshopped to include stereotypical Islāmic features, including: a turban in place of his mitre, darkened complexion, black hair, and Arabic letters spelling out an endorsement of Barack Hussein Obama tattooed across his chest. Beneath the picture, the panel discussed the possible involvement of Pope Benedict XVI, 85, in 9/11. The segment’s title, “The Holy Heathen,” emblazoned the lower left corner of the screen.
This morning, newspapers nationwide featured an editorial by Bill O’Reilly detailing the parallels between the Pope’s “betrayal of God-loving Christians everywhere” with the “betrayal of the American people and the Constitution by Benedict Arnold, his liberal agenda, and his radical left-wing entourage.
