Our civil societies are useless! They are yet to justify the free funds they receive from foreign organizations aimed to support continuous voter education. Go to some polling units on election day and interview some voters. You will be shocked that many of them don't even know who the candidates are, nor their stance on critical issues.

Ghana and South Africa seem to do better when it comes to voter enlightenment.
