ebuk4real:I already predicted this as well. It will definitely be replicated in Lagos someday and the rest of the country will look away. It is a northern president that will take this action. |
Justnation:You truly understand what most of them are going through secretly. JESUS CHRIST has many worshippers and disciples among Muslims. But they can't openly identify for fear being targeted by their own people. There are emirs who are closet Christians. |
hosemujica:That's how one welder refused to deliver my window protectors for nearly six months after paying him in full. He was recommended o. I just left him GOD. Na only him use him leg take come do the job last last. I don't know what he saw sha. But I am sure he saw something. The way he frantically came to do the job, it was obvious an unseen hand (GOD) had intervened. ![]() |
Softmirror:You made a very valid point. There is a tendency to mock leaders for being sick rather than showing empathy like in many countries. It's an evil culture here. It cuts across all sectors. Most industry leaders travel abroad for medicals. Privacy is the main reason. Here people use health challenges to laugh at others. Journalists and bloggers are even worse. They are so unethical in the way they report health challenges of leaders. It's distasteful and mean! |
lamentor78:Did you read his story at all? I doubt you understood what he said. Many of you don't understand how agreement works. Accepting that refund meant he consented to the urgent quit notice! This case is now centered around the refund he accepted. The new landlord is a smart person. He won the case from the start. That refund did the magic. You don collect money, you say you nor go pack? He will be humiliated out of that house, believe me. Three months quit notice is the legal requirement for six months tenancy. Dude has lived the six months plus three months grace period which is recognised by law. What else does he want? |
Vanpascore:Don't mind the guy. He is only crying because the notice given is due. Accepting a refund meant he agreed to the quit notice issued. You don chop the money, na nau you wan cry enter street. You will lose this case anywhere you go. If you had no intention of leaving, you should have turned down the refund and insisted on living through the entire period of your tenancy. Don't allow lawyers waste your time and money. Just pack out! |
GOFRONT:I take GOD beg you, I nor wan laff. ![]() |
Congratulations Nairaland's best supermod. More blessings brother! |
Hemanwel:Fear GOD nau. You wan use 1h take view match for Tinubu era? Petrol price and subscription fees are no joking matter right now. ![]() |
Zocalite:Literacy level is very low. Ideally, only about 20 percent of the current electorates should be deemed qualified to vote. Political enlightenment is at an almost zero level. As a youth corper I worked at a polling unit in the North during the 2011 general elections. Bro, more than half of the voters didn't know who or what party they were voting for. Someone would stand by them telling them where to thumbprint. This is also true in some parts, especially rural areas in the South. Our civil societies are useless! They are yet to justify the free funds they receive from foreign organizations aimed to support continuous voter education. Go to some polling units on election day and interview some voters. You will be shocked that many of them don't even know who the candidates are, nor their stance on critical issues. Ghana and South Africa seem to do better when it comes to voter enlightenment. |
lapintoz:So he can't physically watch a game taking place in his own country? Maybe you think it is one of your lazy African leaders that never show support for other aspects of life other than commissioning roads and borehole projects. He is not. His presence there adds great value and economic boost to the tournament going forward. Tuck your hate in your pocket. If African leaders were this involved in what goes on in their respective countries, we would be better off. |
What then is the essence of calling it a coalition? Let everyone go back to their respective parties since you folks are unable reach a consensus without dragging one another through a dollarized party primary election. |
GorillaApp:I said this already but most people and the government have decided rather to live in denial. Tinubu's open romance with BRICS will get Nigeria the same treatment Trump is giving to South Africa currently. Meanwhile the same China that Tinubu and BRICS members are following like stray puppies cannot do without nor will it ever do away with American and European economic ties. |
Jeezuzpick:India has only one toe in BRICS, bro. Many view them as the snake in the bricks. India cannot do without a solid Western alliance. They have serious economic ties with nearly all the Western nations. They won't throw that away for some uncertain Russia-China arrangement. ![]() |
Power of dollarization. ![]() |
Obrigardo:He won't hear until the damage is irreversible. We've shouted repeatedly but dude is bent on drowning the forum. |
MrVicar:How old were you? Spilling nonsense! Only a deranged adult would say what you just said. May be I should ask you what they nicknamed Abacha stove during his notorious regime. ![]() |
Flier:Leave them. Many of them don't know the importance of prompt alert services. I can confidently say that most of them don't open their email inbox every day, yet they prefer email alert. ![]() Imagine something tearful taking place in your account, and you are not promptly alerted because you disabled sms service over N6. Body go tell them last last. ![]() Nigerians just like free things. If banks send you sms to keep you updated regarding your account, should banks also bear the costs? Na yeye dey worry some people. I will never opt out of sms alert. Never! It has saved many from being plundered financially by scammers. ![]() |
surgical:Absolutely correct. I was going to say the same. Mr Seun, do something about this 40 characters thing nau. On many Social Media platforms, posting one-word statements isn't prohibited. Why is yours going in a different direction? |
ADC ticket is Atiku's. Obi will be persuaded to be his running mate. This is the best they can get to be able to remove Tinubu. But Obi's support base will not accept this equation. If Obi goes solo again and Atiku does the same, 2019 will replay itself more easily. Atiku and Obi must team up to bolster their chances of dislodging APC. Amaechi has no business being on the ballot. He should be asked to keep quiet. As for El Rufai, he will be glad to stand behind any candidate. |
AntiChristian:Yes, create more feeding-bottle states. Nonsense! Most of the Northern states should instead be collapsed and added to Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto states for economic viability. Anyway, I don't blame those crying for more states. I blame the free allocation system we operate. If everyone was responsible for their own economic survival without federal allocations, we won't hear these noisy clamours. |
I care less about Wike and Amaechi public drama. I am more concerned about their hungry, underemployed, unemployed supporters online and offline. Both of them are fighting for their meal tickets. What are you fighting for? You! Keep wasting your lives and souls for selfish politicians, you hear. ![]() |
Karlovych:Not to argue, commonsense should tell you that tyre blowout would more likely lead to a fatal crash if the car was moving at a high speed. With warm regard to their memories, the driver must have been drunk and was driving too fast. Few persons, sobre ones, would drive such pacy car slowly in the middle of the night when it's all clear. It is even reported that he was trying to overtake, then the ill fate. Excessive speed did them dirty. |
Basicend:The guy is too cocky. You can't be difficult and at the same time be an African in European club football. Your career will be gladly wasted by waiting racists. Dude thinks he is European. No top European club is gonna sign him as it stands. He should just pack his bags and head to the Middle East. Only Mourinho has soft spot and high regard for talented Black African players. |
blaise26abj:If presented with options to relocate to North Korea or the US, would you choose North Korea? You think freedom is a joke. Why are Muslims from the Middle East not running to fellow Islamic countries to seek asylum? Why do they prefer the demonized West? No matter how evil the West is, the personal freedoms they guarantee ordinary citizens remain undeniable. Be deceiving yourself by shouting 'propaganda' up and down. You can see Elon Musk openly challenging Trump without consequences. What happened to Jack Ma, owner of Alibaba, who criticized the Chinese government in 2020? He was fined over 2b dollars and was taken into government custody incommunicado. Dude was not seen in public for years until only recently in a meeting with other business leaders hosted by President Xi Jinping. You dey here dey talk rubbish. You think Elon Musk will still be around if he was a citizen in China, Russia or North Korea after criticizing government publicly. |
Bentacur007:No plan B anywhere. Dude's hands are tied. Without first buying over the legislative majority, he had and has zero chance to overthrow Chief Wike. He should just serve jejely and go. He is worse off now than before the emergency rule. He could still be impeached at the slightest provocation. But for the money, dude would have more honour if he resigned and went on exile. He will hardly be respected, but only pitied when he returns. |
Sagidion:He will still be eliminated soonest. Trump doesn't want to look like a bad guy. Once the dust settles, Netanyau will take Khamenei out in what would look like an Israeli idea devoid of American involvement. ![]() |
I already knew he would not be allowed a second term. Well, let him accept it and hope that forces of nature work in his favour. Something can still happen that will turn the tide for him. Important lessons to learn, he made a huge mistake by fighting too early. He should have at least won the legislators over first. Offer them something they could not reject. They will then join forces to uproot Wike's foothold. No, he ran out fighting all alone without a formidable structure. Pitiable. |
zero8zero:Seun's bot is obviously on hard drugs. Mr Seun, please subject your bot to a proper reprogramming. It bans and deletes comments unreasonably. I have been banned for up to three times this week and my were comments deleted. The ban usually lasts one hour or there about. I don't get it! Is there a hidden rule we are breaking? ![]() |
