Car Talk › Re: Tokunbo Shock Absorbers Vs New Shock Absorbers - Which Is Better In 9ja Context? by masterpix(m): 8:13am On Apr 08, 2018 |
Populus: I have a Toyota Camry 2001 (Drop Light). I was advised to change the shock absorbers when I noticed some funny noises each time the car bumped into a gallop. I changed the four shock absorbers in March 2017 and didn't really get value for money because the noise only reduced rather than disapear. I complained to my mechanic and that I wanted a new shock absorber and he told me a tokunbo is far better because the new ones don't last. Now I changed the shock absorbers again last month (October 2017) and it's even worse off! PLEASE I need to know: 1. Is a tokunbo shock absorber truly better than a new one? (Although I think a new one should be better) 2. Where in Festac Town can I get a good mechanic? (Not the flambouyant autoshops that know next to nothing speaking grammer in their air conditioned office.) 3. Where can I get very good shock absorbers? (New or Tokunbo) Note:The ones fitted in my car where bought from Ladipo Market! 4. What is the price range for these Shock absorbers?
GAZZUZZ, CarDoctor et al. Your Input will be highly appreciated. go for New in ladipo market look for genuine person |

chinebu: Why not insist That Landlord must pay for your electricity bills aswell. You are Even lucky theres borehole in the HOUSE where you live. What if theres none wont you source for Water elsewhere with your money probably. So why is it so jard for you to accept That its your responsibility to contribute abd fix the sumor used in pumping yhe Water That you always use in your flat. Shm things some Nigerians do. Tomorrow when you become Landlord and maybe collected 250000as rent in your flat then you will keep the money for repairing the tenants sumor and transformer and maybe their children school fees so That in the end you will use up all their rent in fixing utility bills for them and you go empty handed ok. I rest My case what are saying if you don't meaningful things to contribute keep calm which flat does not come with boreholes as for the issue raised by op is the duties of the landlord to maintain his house |
A Muslim lady was denied being called to the Nigerian bar for wearing a Hijab! Here’s what fellow lawyer @savvy_ruqqy wrote; Good morning everyone, I want to use this medium to express my dissatisfaction with the way muslims are treated in this my profession called ‘LAW’. A sister wasn’t called to the bar because she was dressed like that (Picture above) please for God sake what is wrong with that picture? Because she was putting on a small hijab tucked into her collarette, WHY? What has Hijab done to them? Where is our freedom of Religion as stated in the constitution? We need justice…For those that don’t know, Hijab is a MANDATORY part of my religion not just a piece of clothing, so if my freedom of religion is said to have been guaranteed in section 38 of the constitution of my country that is said to be supreme and have have binding force over all as seen in section 1 of this same constitution and Section 42 of this same constitution guarantees my right to freedom from discrimination, please for God sake what is this then and before you come here attack me, please read section 38 (1) and section 1 (1) first and also go ahead to read S1 (3) of this same constitution with an unbiased mind where it is said that if any other law is inconsistent with the provisions of this constitution this constitution shall prevail…B’iko what are we now talking about? Please we want justice. We want our hijab we want #JusticeForFirdaus We want to wear our hijabs for call to bar we want to wear it in the court room. Stop the discrimination We are muslims not terrorists Hijab is Mandatory We want Justice for Firdaus http://www.newshelmng.com/2017/12/photo-muslim-lady-denied-being-called.htmlcc lalasticlala mynd44
why do people like to make problem out of nothing. these are lay down rules which she knew right from unset, why is she trying to draw the attention of the public in other to draw cheap support. this how born again Christian refused to put on trousers to prove religion. you should be guarded. |

SamzackD: This goes to show how far your Biafra would go,
cause you guy's are destroying public properties and threatening lives which only proves that IPOB is a violent group and the Nigeria army was sent to quell their activities in the SE, so any case you think you've got against the Nigeria army with the ICC was destroyed the moment your brothers resorted to using violence against the military
My only advice to you guys is to denounce your membership with the IPOB cause you guys are now terrorist's and every member of the IPOB would be treated as such why not use the sniper so as to save your self this hate. was it not the army that started in the first place or is the said police station not there since. next time use brain not anu |

Health › Re: My Uncle Has Large Boils On His Head, Please Save His Health Condition (pics) by masterpix(m): 12:35am On Sep 01, 2017 |
Franco93: Hi everyone in this forum. Please, I need advice pertaining the health condition of my uncle. Hear my story in a nutshell.
I have an uncle who's fond of going to the Berber's shop with his private clipper but one day, he went without his own clipper. From that day onwards, he started experiencing scratches at the back of his head. He thought it was minor issue, it then developed into small boils. He started going to different chemist and pharmacist, but it increased the more.
At a point, I personally advised him to rob Authentic herbal cream, and Kubam, yet both didn't work.
After about a month the boils grew larger and larger, and began to ache his head. He has been to more than 10 hospitals, and they keep charging outrageously in thousands, yet no solution. This sickness has lasted for more than 8 months but we haven't gotten any solution.
If there's anyone here who have a better remedy, please refer me using the comment box. We have tried all our best. Thanks were is your base I have someone that have the cure am in Lagos |
