You know this, I was living in angua darling and going to the church off Tamar close sitting on bench back then. Focus is key, that's all I can say in this story factwriter: One one occasion they came to my area (Ungwa rimi) to rent chairs for their make shift church by the river side. I help packed the chairs into the boot of their car.
That was sometime in 1986.
few years later we heard they were relocated to another river bed in a borough called Barnawa (around Kaduna South).
I can still remember the silhouette of the men who came to rent the chairs back then but not their faces.
Anyone who lives in Ungwa rimi community, especially within the Low-cost Housing Estate, around 1986 will surely attest to this.
These people have come a long way with Evangelism. Unfortunately, their efforts (at spreading Salvation) has not changed our attractiveness to sin. |

This picture even looks somewhat recent, what of the ones in angua rimi?
It goes to show that when you believe in something no one can tell you anything else different |

Fashion › Re: My Business Is Sinking. Please Help! by Masterrhymes: 7:06pm On Sep 12, 2019 |
Move out from there, focus on just seeing, your clients that have bought from you, revive the relationship, nobody sews once unless your service is bad Towerty: Good day NL fam. I need your help to get my fashion business back.
I started this business about 4 years ago sewing for clients and running a fashion school which had been good. I had a fairly large number of clients which takes care of the business expenses and meeting up with some other minor demands.
We needed space and organisation which prompted me to move into a 2 bedroom apartment of which the difference in rent is small. Most of our clients , over 95% came from online ads and referrals.
As such we had no fear that it will be business as usual since we do not operate with passers by patronising Us. Since we moved into our new place in same location., since January, business has been dead speaking on a soft term.
We run adverts even better than before , every month is a more sad story. No patronage at all. The school is practically on hold right now as no one is enrolling for our programs.
We have been keeping hope alive but it seems not worthwhile. In 3 months to come , we hope to renew our rent. And as we speak , not even a tenth is available as savings.
Please help me with suggestions on how to revive this business. Thank you.
P.s: Expenses did not increase at all. We didn't employ new staff.
Mods, pls push this to front page to get the much needed responses. Thanks |

Christianity Etc › Re: Bishop Oyedepo Invites You To Covenant Day Of Vengeance Service by Masterrhymes(op): 11:55am On Jun 02, 2019 |
I see you are obsessed with God that you go where he is been discussed to whip your opinions and tell people he doesn't exist and wonder why many believe he does and telling us you know better. Focus here is your obsession with God, it means you are half way there because people that are obsessed go the mile when they find what they are looking for. Oyedepo came from a background like yours that did not believe in God and see where it has taken him such that you know him and worry about him but he doesn't know you. Continue searching, you will find. Stay safe LordReed: Have you heard the story of the emperor with no clothes? That is exactly what is going on here. Oyedepo says there is a god of vengeance but we don't see it anywhere that really matters but you want to keep saying the emperor's clothes are fabulous when he is actually naked. You go on right ahead, I will say it as often as i feel like it, the emperor has no clothes.
As for what happens after death. Tell me how concerned are you that the muslims are correct and you will be the one condemned? How about the Hindus, are you concerned they are correct? There are so many religions the possibility that any of them is the correct one is equally spread. You don't have a better claim to being right about what happens after death than a Muslim or a Hindi. If none of you are correct, I stand a better chance because I will be able to claim my skepticism was reasonable while you will be damned to the god's hell for believing in a false god. |
