So disappointed Ukraine is not going to send drones today, I was genuinely looking forward to some fireworks today...
grin grin grin
This was the second redline ever drawn since the war began.
Since our in-house clowns kept saying that Ukraine is now a major power and best in drones development, they should use these drones to target Putin today.

Then they'll understand what "A whole civilization will die tonight" really means.

I still wish Ukraine will be fearless and disobey her masters to strike hard today let's see if we all can witness an Allepo 2.0 or a complete pivot that'll lead to a "Mini Operation Bagration".

A strike today will be the biggest morale boosters for the Russian military.

I'm running a deep research on why Ukraine is on a rampage to forcibly recruiting men according to recent events.

I know zelensky mentioned that Russia is on the verge of conducting a mass mobilization of troops, but data shows that Russia have no need for mass mobilization if they've not being accepting volunteers for a while now.

What is zelensky seeing that's making him run Helter skelter?
Any ideas or info?

The threat towards Kyiv and Ukraine in it entirety is no joke.

Russia should better focus on the Ukrainian regime and target politicians and military only.
I can't confirm if Putin is giving this order directly but it seems more likely that it's him. And I know that many Russian warhawks are inching to carryout a massive bombing campaign with zero regards to civilian population.

There's a reason why I said that Russia should treat the Ukrainian regime as a terrorist state which will hasten the destruction of this shackles currently on the Ukrainian population.
Personally, I believe Ukraine's demography is in complete disaster.
If the population for some reasons want an end to this conflict, there's absolutely nothing they can do.
Can women and children lead a fruitful protest?
If any male of age joins such protest, they'll be forcibly mobilized to the Frontlines.
Let's not talk about corruption: Every well doing Ukrainian is out of the country or has successfully relocated his/her family out of the country since hostilities broke out.

99.9% of every rich person in Ukraine right now is a corrupt criminal.

Iran did itself a big favour by not striking America or Israel in a preemptive strike before the war started even at that the Epstein PDFile team still triedp to build a case against Iran claiming they had intelligence that Iran was about to strike first and that what was made them struck until Trump's counter terrorism Chief Joe Kent came out to tell the world that it was a lie that Iran never posed any imminent threat to America and that it was Netanyahu and the Israeli lobby AIPAC that dragged America into this war.

Go online and see the massive support Iran received in the United States, Europe and elsewhere. There is a video online showing Americans hurling things at Pete Hegseth calling him war criminal and killer of school children in Iran. They even called their department of war the department of war crimes.

Americans were brainwashed for decades by their govt that Iran was the evil they are not buy that bullshit anymore. Their eyes have opened. If Iran had pulled the trigger first the tide would not have turned against U.S and Israel this way. If U.S and Israel resume hostilities Iran knows how to respond in kind but carrying out a preemptive strike should be avoided.
I agree with your statement same way I agreed with someone here sometime ago with the same assertion.

But that attack was all Iran need to continue this fight until a conclusive end to this war is established.
So the bombing of Emirati oil facility is no different from a text book retaliatory response.

By attacking an oil facility? Iran should not be seen as the aggressor. This is what made the world supported and empathized with them during the last wars.
Iran recently told the world that Emirati fighter jets took part in the bombing of Iran.

I don't need to tell you that these attacks carried out by the Emiratis include bombing of oil facilities, schools, hospitals etc.
And that's enough reason for Iran to lunch attacks on the UAE at any point in time.

Russia, notwithstanding the capabilities at its disposal, has hitherto refrained from such actions on humanitarian grounds.

We hereby warn the civilian population of Kiev and the personnel of foreign diplomatic missions of the need to leave the city in good time."
It seems likely that Russia want to use Ukrainian attack on the victory day to commit a large"collateral damage" attack in Ukraine.

This is the first time since the first phase of the war that Russia is openly calling for the evacuation of Kyiv.

If Ukraine attack on the victory day, I'll not be sympathetic at all.

Mohsen Rezaee, former IRGC commander and secretary of Tehran’s Expediency Council, compares the US forces blockading the Strait of Hormuz to “pirates” and threatens to turn the waterway into “a graveyard” of US aircraft carriers and troops.

“The U.S. is the only pirate in the world that possesses aircraft carriers. Our ability to confront pirates is no less than our ability to sink warships,” he said in a statement on X. “Prepare to face a graveyard of your carriers and forces, just as the wreckage of your aircraft was left behind in Isfahan,” he added, referring to last month’s downing of an F-15E plane.

Appleyard:
I came to bury Iran, not to praise it....but even in death, the living must learn to give the dead their flowers. So, I have learned to respect Iran's choice and rules of engagement even in the face of an existential threat.

I understand the frustration among some of us here vis-a-vis why Iran is not striking first, especially with the current US military buildup across the ME and the so-called blockade of the strait by the US from a farther angle, which Aragchi called an act of war. But, the reality is that, Iran's refusal to strike first does not entail weakness, but a strategic strength of its own. Let's look at this from two main perspectives.

First, this is war and the stark realities that accompany it exceed any form of emotional overlays.

Both sides have suffered damages and irreparable losses. This current cessation of hostilities is a breather that Iran, particularly, needs. Just as the US is using this window to replenish its lost and destroyed assets in the region, Iran has not only restore some critical infrastructure but also regroup its ranks, refine tactics and strategies, and brought in new arsenals from China and Russia. The more it wait out the enemy's first strike, the better and stronger it preparations and strike back capabilities becomes.

Furthermore, while a resumption of fighting is now a foregone conclusion, barring a taco from Dumbo Trump, anything short of tactical nukes means the US will only end up repeating the same cycle of failures like we saw in the first round. On this note, Iran's decision to not strike first is a calculated strategy.

Moreover, a resumption of war does not serve Iran economically. Yes, this has become a war of necessity, but not of its own choice, but one that was forced on it by the enemy --- a dying empire desperately scrambling to stymied its economic rival (China) in hope of retaining its hegemony. Tehran needs to get past this stagnant stage in their economic life, fix the people's living standard. To do this requires money and stability. Hence, we see Iran currently seeking a permanent end to the war, not just some negotiated truce that will not guarantee no further fighting in the future.

Secondly, Iran's rule of engagement are based on stringent principles of legality and morality. By chosing not to strike preemptively, Tehran is showing the entire world that it does not intend to, has never been, and will not be the aggressor. Thus, should war restarts today, it would be the enemy that broke the peace and called for blood. This moral grandstanding enables Iran to retain and attract more support. It's the reason why the entire Internet was crawling with huge supports for Iran and hatred for USreal during the first round. Is the reason for the "no king" protest in the US, and protest in Israel. And it's part of the reasons why US European allies and even people within Trump's inner circle refused to support the US because Iran, as they said openly, was no direct and immediate threat to them.

What's more? I dare say this Iranian principle of engagement closely aligns with and reflect divine laws. Of course, I understand that some of us here will dismiss this notion as some religious nonsense but its not. There are unwritten, cosmic rules that governs the universe, and whether we believe it or not doesn't change the fact. Human conducts under specific circumstance, and certain intervals determine when and how these rules respond as an equalizing factor of justice and punishment.

For instance, when biblical Israel, Judah and Edom ganged up against the king of Moab and besieged it, he took his heir to the throne and offered him as a sacrifice on the city wall. That single act triggers a divine wrath against the invading forces and all of them went back from whence they came. (2 Kings 3:27).

What does that mean? It means a pure sacrifice, uncommon valour and high moral standing even from a heathen could yield unexpected and surprising results.

Today, what have we?

Iran is the ONLY country in this world that had the guts to punch back, knock off some teeth and tell the US empire and its Israel Zionist pet project to go hug a transformer. Iran is the ONLY country to stand up for the innocent people of Gaza and Lebanon on the battlefield. Iran paints its missiles with inscriptions like "for the victims of Epstein Island," "for the mothers and children of Gaza," and so on. That's pure moral grandstanding, and it's no surprise that the missiles are finding their targets everywhere in Israel. Their quality aside, the cosmic hand of the just can't help but guide them to their destination. The divine does not take sides with the aggressor. So, I elate that Iran continue on this pact of not attacking first. cool

Lastly, another strength that comes with Iran not attacking first is that it takes from the US and gives to Iran the strategic patience needed to win on the long haul.

The only chance Iran has to win against the US and Israel is a war of Attrition, which the current US army in the region isn't designed for. A preemptive strike will defeat that purpose. As Tehran waits, it keeps the enemy waiting as well, making guesses and forcing them to waste money in maintaining those huge ships and other assets in the region. This allows Iran to clarify the right approach, pinpoint their locations, reassign target codes and wait for the perfect moment to hit decisively should the need arise.

To conclude, while there is something to gain from a preemptive strike, Iran has more to gain from chosing not to strike first so long as they remain capable of hitting back harder.

Just my thoughts.
While I clearly respect your thought process, I still maintain my stance that an unpredictable IRAN is far better than a predictable one.

The only excuse IRAN needed to continue their onslaughter happened over a month ago when they where attacked unprovoked and a lot of people where killed including over 160 school children and dozens of high profile leaders just in the first hour alone.

It seems a lot of us have quickly forgotten how cruel the U.S. can be during hostilities against its enemies, and history has shown that REAL negotiations do not end any war the U.S. started. Rather, it is when the situation becomes unfavorable, with no end in sight and their goals becoming unachievable, that they pack their bags and try to get anything from the negotiation table to save face.

You cannot talk about morality during war especially not when the enemy is the united states.

So IRAN must be unpredictable and strike preemptively. Heaven will not fall and the U.S and Israel love their lives so much that the use of nukes is completely forbidden and will lead to the end of the world as you know it.

You think it's a joke for military analyst, war veterans and generals to come to the conclusion that the russo-ukraine war is the hottest war ever fought since WWII?
Btw, Ukraine is not in the same category of military might with Iran.

Iran is nowhere near what Ukraine was and currently is.
At a point in this war, Kyiv was more protected than any European capital.

Don't forget quickly that at the early phase of this war, Russia decimated the Ukrainian military so bad that up till now they still rely on borrowed weapons and their current manufacturing of home grown drones and missiles is largely based outside the country.

Let's not even talk about India that asks for permission from US before buying Russian oil. Is that how an "ally" behaves?

Countries want Russia protection but don't want to support Russia financially like US allies does.
Should I mention that South Africa once stopped Iran from participating in BRICS military exercise simply because the U.S doesn't want Iran to participate.

The way I envisioned the alternative to the west is BRICS nations who are already legitimized members coming together with the common goal to trade amongst themselves and also committed to carrying out collective military actions to protect their interests.

But the BRICS turned out to be bunches of countries with different goals, different foresights and different understanding of international affairs and are ready to prey on their fellow members if it benefits them and they don't care if this is done in collaboration with the enemy.

China with their fake no-limit friendship is doing very little to help Russia in the war against the west.
In fact, china is benefiting more from the russo-ukraine debacle than Russia from China.
What will China lose from imposing a total ban on drones, drone and missile parts and rare earth to all western nations and nations known to actively support the U.S in her wars.?

I think some of these countries leaders are very selfish.

You want Russia to defend your country, to send troops to fight for you. But you continue using the US dollars, strengthening and enriching America.

Russia should be dying for you while US should be taking your money. Where does that ever happen?

Even the US number one requirement to become an ally is to get connected to US banking systems, use the Dollar for trade and purchase US weapons. Non negotiable.

So instead of complaining how Russia isn't defending it's allies why don't you start by enriching Russia to be able to defend you?

Take Belarus and North Korea for example, they are both connected to the Russian banking system and their military. Russia in turn stationed nukes in Belarus and is helping North Korea modernize it's military.

Even Iran does not use Russian rubles or open it's country to Russian bases. So how exactly is Russia going to defend such country?

You want make Russia dey die for you then make U.S dey chop all your money. Monkey dey work, baboon dey chop.

Who be mumu??
God bless you my dear brother.

This is one amongst many points regarding the alliance defense and all.
So many so-called allies to Russia, particularly the third world don't even have their shít together.
Some countries are so infiltrated that sending Russia to fight will lead to too many KIA with nothing in return.

Look at Maduro for example: He doesn't even have Venezuelan bodyguards huh huh

He doesn't even trust his own country men but some nitwits are here crying on why/how Russia did not defend Venezuela.

They also forgot that Russia cannot compete with the U.S and it allies economically.
Those countries continues to trade with the u.s dollars thereby strengthening the u.s military but wants Russians to die for them.

Pathetic.

And this is amongst the many reasons why the alternative to the west and the U.S dollar will take a long to time to come to fruition.

Let's not talk about collective decisions and support.

Can IRAN lunch massive preemptive strikes on U.S and Israeli's interests right now?

Iran appear to favor a reactive approach, enduring a war of attrition before engaging, even when they possess the strategic capacity to execute a decapitation strike and decisively neutralize the adversary.
For a group that attacked you during negotiations, they surely don't deserve to be treated this way.

IF IRAN lunch a preemptive strike on Israel right now, more than 20 tankers will be destroyed. Not only that, more than 100 fighter jets will be destroyed in collection of dozens of maintenance equipments and manpower. That alone will degrade the enemy's firepower.

Now multiply this into 10 places and give it to U.S interests in the Gulf.

The fact that satellite imagery confirms every single thing mentioned here and more resting securely on their airbase tarmac and runways is infuriating.
Even if a 30% success rate was established, that alone in a massive victory.

I believe say Russia doesn't want Iran to have Nukes.

Can Iran even keep nuclear secrets safe?

Look how easy it is for Israel to infiltrate. That's how easy it'll be for a radical group to steal those nuclear knowledge and use them to create nukes or sell it to another country.
I do not believe we are prepared to engage in that discussion at this time.

I have consistently maintained, since last year, that Iran is unlikely to acquire nuclear weapons. That opportunity, in my view, has long since passed. When one carefully considers the trajectory through which nations following the United States and the former Soviet Union successfully developed nuclear capabilities, it becomes apparent that Iran lacks several crucial components required to achieve such an outcome.

Consequently, it would be far more prudent for Iran to relinquish its nuclear ambitions now, rather than be compelled to do so under less favorable conditions in the future.
The fundamental reality is this: Iran would require the support of an already nuclear-armed state to realize such an objective. Yet, the question remains who will Bell the cat?

Should Russia choose to support Iran’s nuclear development, the United States would likely respond by backing nations such as Ukraine, Poland, or even Finland in pursuing similar capabilities, thereby placing Moscow at a strategic disadvantage. A comparable dynamic applies to China. If Beijing were to assist Iran, Washington could counter by reinforcing its alliances in East Asia, potentially enabling countries such as Japan, South Korea, or even China's Taiwan to pursue nuclear armament.

As for North Korea, any form of alignment would almost certainly provoke a reciprocal response from South Korea and Japan. This pattern of escalation is not confined to a single geopolitical bloc; it applies equally to both the East and the West.
If Iran were, hypothetically, to awaken tomorrow and successfully test nuclear weapons alongside credible delivery systems, such a development would justify an entirely different discourse. However, given the persistent indications of extensive covert infiltration and intelligence operations my mossad within Iran, it is difficult to conclude that Iran is anywhere close to developing a functional nuclear arsenal at present.

Funny guy.

If the U.S was able to get regime change in Iran, that alone would've been a win and adding taking away those enriched uranium would ultimately make it one of the biggest strategy victory in U.S history.

But what did they end up getting?
They went from regime change, complete destruction of Iran's missile program and take over of enriched uranium to OPENING THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ.

It is an understandable objective that the Strait of Hormuz will not be closed forever and Iran would use it as a leverage for and during negotiations.

On the other hand, I personally have always condemned the strategy of Russia's SMO in Ukraine. As an individual who've studied and understood Russia's military doctrine, this is not the Russian way of fighting. But the Kremlin know better than me.

While the war has continued until this very day, the lives of people cannot be equated to land or resources, but one thing is certain : Russia took away Ukraine's economic livelihood as they currently sit on the most fertile and resource rich part of Ukraine and as history have shown, those land is as good as gone.

I guess Trump will end every military operations after the weeks of negotiations.

Today is not a good day for the U.S Air force.
The only advantage the U.S is enjoying right not is down to the fact that Iran have not fully understand weaponeering.
What I mean is the understanding of intelligent weapon selection or weapon-target pairing process within a shot doctrine designed to maximize damage against a specific air target.

In a more simpler term, it is the specific process of evaluating the target's threat level, calculating the required destructive power, and selecting the correct missile to guarantee a kill rather than wasting a small missile that might not fully destroy the jet.

That is why Iran has landed a lot of hits including those not mentioned by the U.S and Israel because they do not fully obliterate the intended target.

Time will birth adaptation.
By the time Iran fully understand and put to use this doctrine, the U.S will have no choice than to operate all the way from Diego Garcia because it'll become a one-hit-and-one kill scenario bring down the survivability of their pilots to a huge disadvantage.

I am fully back for now cool

In the previous shoot down, Iran claimed the jet had sunk in the sea and One of the best SAMs Iran uses doesnt pack much destructive power. The jets get hit but still manage to make it to a friendly airspace and land.

Iran has also been striking airbases a lot. It would not be easy to know if a jet is destroyed while it is sheltered
What about the supposed friendly fire?

What and the tankers that supposedly collided?

You can't clean what's not dirty in the first place. If the Iranians actually shot down any jets then they should be able to provide evidence, it's not hard. Nobody is cleaning anything up. It simply never happened.
How about the so called friendly fire?

You can't find it anywhere. Perhaps, Chinese or Russian satellites could've got it immediately it was on the ground, but for the normal folks like us that use commercial satellites fields, there's no wreckage anywhere and this was at least an hour after the crash.

🚨 IRGC claims downing second enemy fighter jet over Persian Gulf

IRGC press office reported that the jet crashed between the islands of Hengam and Qeshm and sank in the waters of the Persian Gulf.

US CENTCOM called it a "false claim".
There's a trend I've noticed in this war.

Have anyone here seen the wreckage of U.S fighter jets in this war?
With the exception of the AWACS and tankers days ago, I've never seen the pictures of any destroyed U.S fighter jets (specifically) even though CENTCOM have announced a couple of those.
Even with the paid satellite imagery I have access to, I've never seen any.

I'm pretty sure there's a special unit in the u.s military (probably the only unit not working remotely) that's responsible for cleaning up mess like this.
