God placed human beings under law, subjects of the divine government. God could have created them without the power to sin. God could only use methods that were consistent with truth and righteousness. Satan could use what God could not—flattery and deceit. Because we have emotions.

You judge your creator with a sin depraved heart that is incapable of knowing the righteousness nor desire to know the righteousness of God's will.God did not create or desire that the evil that filled the earth should exist.For the holy scripture assures the sons of men that God is good and all his works are perfect.Sin and its consequences found it way into this world when the first man,Adam,choose to tread the part of disobedience with his companion,Eve,than obey the simple instruction of his creator.The origin of sin itself did not start with Adam but with the mighty angel,Lucifer, who created with the power of free will,choose to desire the worship that is due his creator.Although divine mercy pleaded with him to surrender to his creator,pride would not allow him and was chased out of heaven.God been filled with mercy,would not destroy the devil,for if he had,other created beings would have worshiped him with fear instead of a service of love.After loosing his place in heaven,the devil spread lies about God and succeeded in deceiving our first parent.This same deception is highlighted in your post.God is beyond your pathetic category.
