Oahray: Why believe something that defies all reasoning? Just because a group of Bishop's under Connstantine in the first council of Nicea claimed that was what every christian should believe. Didnt the catholic church teach that Jesus was born in December 25th too. Recently, the Pope admitted it wasnt true. Talk about infallibility of the church. If you look at Heb 1:8-14 you will see that God is one entity. it is God that is working all in All IF Jesus is the same yesterday and today and forever it means he is immutable. Heb 9:14 the Holy Spirit is immutable and eternal. so God Almighty(Father,Son,Holy Spirit) is One God. But because he is God our limited knowledge cannot comprehend his nature see Isaiah 40:13-15 13 Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, Or as His counselor has taught Him? 14 With whom did He take counsel, and who instructed Him, And taught Him in the path of justice? Who taught Him knowledge, And showed Him the way of understanding? 15 Behold, the nations are as a drop in a bucket, And are counted as the small dust on the scales; Look, He lifts up the isles as a very little thing. who has directed the Spirit of God? who has taught him the path of Knowledge? Who did he take council with? it shows that This personality is the Almighty God,because it is only God that knows all things. so Trinity exists in the Bible. Jesus had dual nature. As a man he prayed to God his Father. Trinity is not in the Bible just as Rapture is not in the Bible.the word bible itself is not in the Scriptures. But the devil and his end time tactics to pull christains away from the Truth.
