Education / Re: Your Secondary School And University? by MatureMe(f): 5:05pm On Dec 31, 2005
Hi everyone,

It took me 10 years to finally graduate from Park University (USA) on my 35th birthday in 1997.  cheesy  I went part-time for so long it was just my God's good grace that I finally finished.  smiley

I now home-school 2 teenage nieces (1 is graduating in 2006) attending college.  I also home-school 1 teenage nephew and graduates next year too.  So basically I am still in school myself.  Oh I work full time too.
Romance / Re: Inferiority Complex in Dating and Relationships by MatureMe(f): 4:49pm On Dec 31, 2005
This seems to be a common problem in the USA too, people are not always comfortable with another person that is so opposite from them.  This is why I prefer a man with similar interests, likes, education and other areas in their life as to mine.  Alot of people can't accept that someone they don't normally interact with would truly be intrested in them on a personal level.  Now some people can hang but most can't.  First and foremost YOU must know what you want and then go about your business getting it.  No matter your status know yourself.
Fashion / Re: Ladies, Can You Leave Home Without Wearing Makeup? by MatureMe(f): 4:38pm On Dec 31, 2005
As I have gotten older I prefer to go without makeup but I do make sure my face is clean whenever I venture out of my house. Most men are not always looking at your face anyway. lol lol
Family / Re: A Guy Dating Me And My Sister by MatureMe(f): 4:28pm On Dec 31, 2005
I really think you should at least listen to what your sister has to say, then you both should confront the boyfriend together, please get all the facts before dumping your sister. All the best to you.

Family / Re: My Friend is "Not Really In Love With Her Husband"? by MatureMe(f): 4:47am On Dec 31, 2005
It seems to me she married a man before even knowing what she really wanted. Most women that are "content" don't usually get married like that. Just my $.02
Family / Re: New Wife, No Womb by MatureMe(f): 4:39am On Dec 31, 2005
Plain and simple this woman didn't fully disclose everything to this man before marrying him and this is being evil and selfish, now he isn't sure about what he wants to do about it. She got with this man on false pretenses. This is why people can't have decent marriages everyone seems to be playing silly immature games and then they wonder why their spouses cheat on their rusty behinds.

Nairaland / General / Re: How Did You Discover Nairaland? by MatureMe(f): 5:45am On Dec 30, 2005
I may be having a relationship with a Nigerian man soon and just wanted some information, thoughts of others and did a search in dogpile.com for Nigerian men and African American women and came across the web site.  I like it already.    smiley smiley
