Please do not use someone's CAC for her, don't make that mistake. It is not everything stated as requirements you must provide if is not applicable to you. CAC is not applicable to her because her business is not registered. It is better to state she is into A and B business but the business has not been registered but if the business does not bring huge money then she should state that is a home maker and also into small business to support her family.

If she is coming on Monday to submit then it means you will have to change date on the flight ticket so she can still use it but make sure you state inside the cover letter that her ticket has been paid for in full and would appreciate if the necessary assistance is rendered to her so she can still travel with the ticket.

They didn't ask her to book real flight ticket. She should have used flight reservation. I pray the passport comes out in time and they also grant her visa. May be you should start by calling the embassy. When did she submit her application to Brazilian embassy?

CAC is not compulsory if she does not have a company. If she is working with any organization then she should collect introduction letter and if she is not working then she should describe herself as a home maker.
