Black men in general have a hard time getting respect from other races of men because you are the only ones who disparage your women publicly. Sure every race of men have their problems and so do their women. I know about some typhoid fever medication causing ototoxicity but never heard about malaria fever medication doing this. You need to see an ENT specialist fast. I know that usually if this happens to kids, most recover their hearing in a short time but I don't know about adults. This is why over the counter self-medication is not good. Or if you want to self-medicate, visit a good pharmacy like MedPlus and always ask first to speak to the pharmacist present. Also, if you work in an environment that has constant high decibel noise always use an ear protector. So sorry, I pray our Lord Jesus heals you.
