Have you ever imagined you could run Android OS on your PC? Maybe you will like to own an Android PC but cant afford one, well there is a way out, you can run Android OS on a virtual machine on your PC. Using VirtualBox you can run any OS in a virtual environment.

Installing the Android OS on VirtualBox:
Launch the VirtualBox
Click on ‘NEW’ and click next
Name your OS anything you want and select Linux in Operating system
Select ‘Other Linux or Linux 2.6’ for the Version and click Next
Specify the amount of RAM you want for your Android OS (1GB is recommended) and click Next
Select ‘Create a virtual hard drive now’ and click ‘Create’
Select VDI (VirtualBox Disk Image) and click Next
Choose Dynamic allocated for the Storage on Physical Hard Drive and click Next
Choose the size of your Hard disk and click ‘Create’.
On the VirtualBox interface, click the OS you just created and click the ‘Settings’ button on the Menu.
Click on Storage and choose the virtual CD/DVD drive, Select the Disk-like Image near the CD/DVD Drive attributes
Select ‘Choose a virtual CD/DVD disk file’ and locate the Android ISO file you downloaded earlier and click Ok.
The click on the Android OS on the VirtualBox interface and click the ‘Start’ button to start the Android Virtual Machine.
Choose installation option to install the Android on the hard disk
When it gets to choose partition, select Create/Modify partitions
Select New >> Primary >>Bootable >>Write and Type yes when you are asked to verify command and then Quit when it’s done writing on the partition.
Choose the newly created partition, next choose ext3 format to format the partition and select yes to confirm.
Then the partition will be formatted quickly.
Then choose ‘Yes’ to confirm the installation of boot loader GRUB and ‘No’ on the next question.
Then the Android OS will be installed, you can then run it now.
Reboot the virtual machine and un-mount the Android generic ISO so the machine will not boot through the mounted disk again.

All the complaints here are the reasons why Microsoft releases updates all the time, Windows 8 isn't perfect yet, but i believe with time the updates will help to fix so many errors, just the other day i had a serious error from now where saying 'The Extended Attributes are Inconsistent' i almost formatted my PC, cos system restore didn't solve it for me, i felt it could be a malware attack since i use Windows defender, i installed Bitdefender scanned my PC in full and no malware or virus was detected...then i knew its an OS wahala. Well somehow i got it fixed.

A friend of mine just installed Windows 8 on his hp touchsmart tm2 and his PC heats up like its gonna burst in flames, it didn't happen while he was using Windows 7. Anyone got idea why its heating up that much?

Most of the troubles students are having in registering Jamb cannot be put on Jamb alone. The truth is that most of our internet network providers wont take time to upgrade their services. Most cyber cafes are using shared connections which means slow network speed, and as the traffic is much on the jamb site, it will require a fast speed internet to be able to load the pages successfully. UncleJJ: Off page optimization is much more important - today. As long you observe intitle, intext,inurl,indescription on your pages you on page is ok.

You can improve onpage, by linking out to authority site, building large nos of internal links, schema.org.

But, offpage seo is a moving target. you need to build links, likes,tweets +1's e.t.c to rank No1.

You can have poor onpage but rank for any keyword simply because you have good offpage seo and DA (domain authority).

This is indeed awesome, i also believe that Off-Page SEO has more effect on a blog than On-Page SEO, infact i have even noticed how some big sites disobey the on-page SEO rules yet they rank very well, and i have also noticed how off-page seo has played a major role in that. Thanks for your contribution.
