I think incidence case varies. Some were given incidence form based on d fact DT deir info. Was not found in d data base; dey were not captured until d form is sorted out then they are called in later to be captured. These set of individuals will not receive salary with deir colleagues who were not given d form. Some were captured n also given d form due to incomplete bank details like acct num not up to 10digits, almyty bvn correctn, wrong bank name etc. These pple receives salary with deir colleagues not given d form. Quote me n tell me if I am wrong......

Well, from all I gather here; incidence form or nt. The remaining pple will be paid with the last batch by next week so chillax! I can't wait for all to be paid since I also gather here that it is d cause of d delay in payment of July n my February salary.....

We've already submitted ours. It was a 'fire brigade' work for us...The very day we got the info was the deadline. So we had to run helter skelter to our Zonal office at Obigbo to submit. That was on the 27th.

Hmmmmm for RSG. Submit old ID card without giving us the new one? No confirmation letter, no ID card. The only evidence for did job is d appointment letter. Na like dis we go dey dey? Make dem give us d new one before dem collect dis one na. Or better still confirmation letter too.. . hmmmmm for all of dem o!

Those numbers are serial numbers. It will be sent to your school and any number your name falls is your serial number.

Please for those whose February salary was deducted. (Short paid ). were they given the incident form to fill too?

Incidence form is given to those whose data were not found in the data base. The reason is to work on it so dt d Lil itch will be rectified. Short payment or non payment as the result may be, if ur data is in the data base no form will be given. Mostly this affects those not paid both February and march salary. During our turn (Abolga) some of us asked the question. Like me personally, after my capture, I wasn't given the form and I requested for it from them and I was told it doesn't concern Feb/march pay and that those given d form have problems bcoz their data was nt found. They added; the problem of feb and march pay will be sorted by our board coz they are aware. My school was not paid Feb BT we received march n non of us was given d form to fill. I don't know if anyone in my shoes in the house whose data was in d data base yet filled the form tho.

I printed my bank account statement on 16th May, so it covers from October 2016 to 16th May 2016. pls help me to confirm whether they will accept it, or should I go to the bank early on Thursday morning to get the statement upto June 2016 before going to the biometric venue. Pls anyone with the idea can help me with information, thanks.

I mean if at all his appointment letter is referenced. He shld just throw a lil light by explaining himself DTS all, backing it up with the ID. But I still maintain d ID card and a slip given on d biometric venue is used more coz DT was what I noticed during mine.

hello guys. its been a while.
please a buddy of mine on level 8 step 3.was mistakenly given an appointment letter with level 7 step 2..this has since been corrected in the nominal roll and he's been earning a level 8 salary but has tried in vain to get the board correct the letter . he now wants to know if this level 7 appointment letter will affect him in the course of his Biometrics. please does anyone here have any idea. thanks... I must say you guys have been doing a nice job here.. kudos

It will if he keep quiet. My Daddy always say; if u get tongue inside ur mouth nobody go win u for case... So I advice, he makes use of his mouth on the biometric desk and explain.... Hope it didn't affect d rank on his staff ID too coz it seems DTS what they use more... Good luck!

From the meeting of DFA with the ICT guys. Ppsb have been slated for 9 days beginning with zonal boards then phalga before the supposed alphabetically arrangement. Reason I don't know n don't ask me your LGA turn b/c their 2nd name is chameleon. Whichever Monday to Friday is not too far to be far.

Well, confirmed now..... Jst got a call frm my colleague NW, sent by my principal. PPSB biometric is starting with my LGA (Abua-odual i.e Abolga) on Monday. Starting with us coz of d letter A. Will keep you all posted. Maybe it's for real. I will be there, pray it works.
