dre11:
She looks like one who is forced to come for the occasion
My thoughts exactly! The look is too bland, making the dress boring on her.
A dress like that calls for a bold statement: statement hair, loud makeup or bold accessories. Miserable fail for someone of her standing.

Keke looks taller. The outfit is great on her, I'd rock this as office chic. The hair makes her head awkward or is it the angle of the camera?

For mama's asking about neck control, let ur baby have lots of tummy time when awake (lie face down on bed/playmat) this helps build back & neck muscles. As for sitting, NEVER sit a child who hasn't mastered neck control. It will lead to back pain later

Red Lippie & softer hair style would have nailed the look. Still looks good tho'
@glamsquad, we bringing it back baby! I brought out my old retired brooches to revamp. They look fabulous these days on Ankara too.

I think it was a white themed wedding. All the bridesmaids & friends of d bride wore white. I think the outfit is boring & gunny tried to liven it up a bit unfortunately the fascinator didn't "werk". Still SHE looked great despite the failings of the outfit

lipsrsealed sad cry cry Y'all agree with my sister that it's a fashion disaster. (Maybe it looked nicer to me because I got to see the outfit in person) kiss kiss kiss

Songwriter Tonye Garrick rocked a simple but bright look to her Press Breakfast at The Clear Essence Spa in Lagos on Feb 17th. She wore a blue cape from designer Gozel Green's and tailored black shorts.
I absolutely love the look & concept! The shoes, not so much.

Hello!!! Joy Wendy, please give verdict & let's move on before this becomes an advertorial page. I have a pic burning a whole in my picture gallery. wink

Clubbing, she looks good. Maybe she plans to sing on stage, thus the heavy makeup. That's the only way this whole look will work

Hamilton wore it better! Kylie would have slayed it with a different type of shoe tho!

Rita Dominic at a movie premiere over the weekend.

I am a huge fan of Rita D & the way she puts herself together flawlessly, but I don't understand? why the extra skirt here.

CharmyBliz:
pls wen did u start using it? ow much did u get it? ow long have u been using it?
I got mine in January, more than a month after giving birth. as soon as I put it on, I realised it is super comfy & reduced my pouch. you can even sleep with it - I do. The lady sent it to me, cost 8k including transport. its the real deal, don't just take my word for it, try it (better than spending 20k on something you are uncomfortable with)

Got mine from her & I am enjoying it - even without exercises.

@mubzay, get a postpartum belt from this lady, you won't regret it

Let's leave the INI Edo/Lupita debate (we all know INI failed there woefully).
this Susan Peters? at the AMVCA'S. I personally don't get this dress and she should fire her makeup artiste (she always has old/tired looking eyes. No concealer?). Over to you SNFPers...

FashionRe: SNFP:Social Network Fashion Police by maxiflexi(f): 11:20pm On Mar 08, 2015
Yes, let's go back to my favourite segment : who rocked it better? Our own Genevieve to the amvca last night, or Rhianna to the diamond ball in 2014. sorry about the picture quality.

hat & jacket are ill fitting. shoes don't match the trouser. gorgeous shoes, but the overall concept makes her look horribly short & shapeless cool
HealthRe: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by maxiflexi(f): 12:02pm On Feb 21, 2015
@PeyButtons, whatever you eat is broken down into easily digestible form for your baby. Baby formula is cow milk broken down scientifically to and fortified with added nutrients. Liquid milk like peak is condensed or evaporated milk meaning they dehydrate it. thus it has higher levels of lactose, inappropriate fat & other things that will mess up your baby's still maturing digestive system. I hope my explanation helps you you understand.

@eagleeye2, at this age, you can only supplement with infant formular.

How old is she? if she is less than a year old, add Ori (Shea butter) to her daily hair routine. For an older child, this thread should be helpful:

Dr saw my belt & can't believe how how affordable it is. She plans to buy one for herself. :-D

Picked up my belt today and all I'm going to say is : Awesome!!! I can see my waist again!!! And it doesn't hurt me the way my girdle does- I have it on as tight as I could pull and yet I don't feel any discomfort. I may try sleeping with it on, its that comfortable!!! Thanks Emerald65

@joywendy, I love the way you put it " weirdly odd, weirdly nice". That's what I meant by flirty. I didn't want to say casual because its not. Its too ... soft & feminine girly for red carpet.
@onegig grin . I disagree with you on one score - a big bust would look humongous and ruin the dress! small busts rock rufffles/bust detailing better

vickilafab:
hi everyone, pls wot causes high blood pressure several months after delivery?? fluctuates btwn 148/97 to 157/100. how can it be managed? no history of hbp in pregnancy tho readings fluctuated btwn a once off 140/90 to130/80,120/80 n somtyms 110/70.
If she is a new mum/has no help, it may be the stress of dealing with a baby and everyday chores. she should reduce salt intake, take lots of fresh fruits and vegetable, take long walks/simple exercise and more daytime naps. She should try to see a medical professional.

Happy new year SNFPers! Let's flag off this year with a look at Lupita Nyong'o in an ombre lilac gown at the Golden Globes awards yesterday.

As always, her makeup is flawless, hair is groomed to perfection. Once again, she lets the dress do all the talking by wearing few accessories. The dress is lovely on her , but I feel it is a little too flirty for red carpet.

Over to you...

NoQualms1, rezzy, when they are born, babies are nearsighted for a while. You can play eyes-to-eyes by moving very close to her face and slowly nodding your head from side to side, up and down. I do this with my 4 weeks old & she responds by following me with her eyes. This helps develop their optical muscles

i love the dress. its perfect for a casual outing with friends or strolling 2 the grocery store. Nicole did a better job 'glaming' it up.

Glamsquad, this pic is an epic fail. Toyin Jola..., this outfit is not bringing back the 80s or the 90s! She actually reminds me of secondary sch days & my first black bra - I'd sit in front of d mirror looking like Toyin, then get up, button my 'Mary-amaka'. blouse & run off for lessons. hahahahahaha

Icherishu: He comes to try put his hand. But when you try to give him he runs away. If you carry him to feed him and he sees it isn't his normal pap or cereal he starts struggling. This is a child that has collected few times in the past, but now he doesn't even want to taste it.

I am just worried how long I will be packing cereal and pap in a toddlers school bag when he starts school at by September.
my babe is 18 months now & just like your boy, she started eating early, then stopped showing interest in our food at 14 months. she screams fire when u try 2 hold her down 2 feed her. only interested in meat ( her favourite word @d moment). she takes cerelac to school. the nannies at her creche feed same to even the 2 yr olds in her class. I'm trying to say its just a phase. in a few months, they forget their reluctance & start taking a little bit from ur plate
