The govt is just looking for an excuse for its failure, how can this country progress when you tell ur graduates to start making soap and d likes,a country that wants to be among the top 20 economies by 2020...For example, why would u tell an engineer to learn soap making when u av a dead technological sector, and what pains me d most is that so many graduates take them serious, they've really resigned to their fate...Smh
