Is Port Harcourt in the SE?

What you fail to understand is that Yorubas are not divided, let alone along religious lines. A Yoruba man is a Yoruba man in all South Western states of the country. The clowns parading themselves as aligning with Biafra, are those who are yet to wake up from the slumber of the 2015 General elections.
That's what many people don't know, Yorubas are not divided that's why both Muslims and Christians can be in the same family. Eg Senator Isiaka Adeleke was a Muslim while he's brother Adedeji Adeleke is a Christian.

IPOB May Banish Igbokwe From Igboland Over Anti-Biafra Comment

Temidayo Akinsuyi
Lagos

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Lagos on Thursday said it may be forced to banish Mr. Joe Igbokwe, the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state from setting his foot in Igboland following his incessant anti- Biafra comments.

The group was reacting to the statement credited to Igbokwe where he urged Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB to quietly go home after securing his bail condition and stop what he call “the hopeless agitation for the realisation of Biafra”.

According to Igbokwe ” Now that he has been granted bail, he should just quietly go home and rest. We are not a candidate of Biafra. They are just dissipating their energy for nothing. I just hope he will just go home quietly and stop disturbing the peace of the country”.

“We are not for Biafra. We can’t build Nigeria for others. The so-called Biafra is too small for us. Nigeria provides a big stage for us. We own this country. We are a major ethnic group in this country. How can you go for a small pond when you have Atlantic Ocean?”

“So Nnamdi Kanu should go home quietly. He should stop his reckless and stupid agitation. The agitation has no political or economic sense. It is a hopeless agitation that we are not interested in. They are just using it to make money from gullible ones. It is a collection of illiterates” he said.

A frontline member of IPOB, Kanayo Nwogwugwu in a chat with INDEPENDENT said the group and the entire Igbo race had had enough of Igbokwe’s “thoughtless and reckless statement aimed at pleasing his paymasters in the Southwest”.

While commending Igbos who have shown solidarity with Kanu since the news of his bail, the IPOB chieftain said Igbokwe lied when he said the entire Igbo race are not interested in the Biafra project.

“The likes of Igbokwe should bury his head in shame for describing the Biafra project as hopeless and IPOB supporters as collection of illiterates. He should watch the television and read the dailies to see how prominent Igbo leaders, including children are celebrating his bail”.

“ If he doesn’t rein in his caustic tongue, we may be forced to restrict him to his new found land and banish him from setting foot his foot again in Igboland” he said.

Wait for the barrage of insults from his people.

Many reasons why but the simplest I can think of is that I don't want to belong to a union where I am threatened over my choice to vote who I want to vote for. Where a president can call me 5% and my fellow "Countrymen" applaud him. Our children deserve better than this crap
Well said, no freedom of expression. The problem started in 1914

Igbos want a sovereign state due to the injustices meted out against them and they will get it.

If Fulani want a war with Igbos, let them bring it on.

Unless a dramatic thing happens to address the fundamental injustices happening right now in Nigeria where a section had seized the Nigerian army to use it as a tool of oppression against other sections of the country, Nigeria will definitely break up.

Just like the former USSR broke up in spite of threats to use the Soviet army against parts of the country. No army can defeat a determined people...and the continued and even heightened injustices in Nigeria under Buhari has brought this issue of Nigerian citizenship up to be addressed once and for all.
You've spoken well. Marginalization is a key point among the reasons for a sovereign state.

Nigeria, presently is structured to fail. Her constitution and nepotic system will make a success an ugly failure. Give Obama the Nigerian presidency to run, and watch him fail like a whoping sissy. Fast-forward into the future, in the next fifty years, Nigeria will still remain in the same circle of failure, as long as she maintains this current structure. This is one of the reason the Biafrans wants out. sad
This is a very good one and it's the simple truth. Nothing can thrive in this kind of system and I don't blame them for wanting out.

Ndigbo want to develop at their own pace. They do not want to be part of a society where merit is slaughtered on the altar of mediocrity in the name of quota system.

Ndigbo want to build an egalitarian society where merit and merit will take the front seat in all endeavours.

We do not want a society where we are not allowed you run because our neighbour can not run hence we have to slow down our pace so he can keep up with us so he's not left behind.
You have spoken well, and I could deduce the following;
Equity and Fairness
Fast paced development
Merit.
These are very good points.

INJUSTICE

Treating Igbos and Igboland as if they are not wanted nor are they part of Nigeria.

As a Nigerian you are a bare faced liar to say you don't know it
.
Injustice in what way? Every state have representatives & senators, also ministers are appointed from every state. So can you be specific because this is not peculiar to Igbo's alone.

Can he meet any of the bail conditions?

However, Kanu is expected to meet the following conditions before and after regaining freedom:

Ø One of the sureties must be a senior and highly recognised Nigerian of Igbo descent

Ø The second surety must be a highly recognised believer in Judaism

Ø The third surety must be resident with landed property in Abuja

Ø Sureties to deposit their international passports with the court

Till conclusion of trial…

Ø Kanu must not grant interview

Ø Kanu must not be in a crowd exceeding 10 people

Ø Kanu must not hold rallies

Ø Kanu's health report should be made available to the court monthly

The bail terms were described by lawyers as multiple and stringent.

This bail conditions are strong o especially the 2nd one.

YES!
The military doesn't condone such!
They can lock you up or put you on duty but never assault you except your offense is very grave and a threat to life.
Big lie, if you fix make this kind of hair in the Army you'll be given a proper low cut couple with some nights in the guardroom. There are laid down rules, It is military work not modeling. Stop saying what you saw in American movies.

These comments shows that many Nigerians are very ignorant. Military or Paramilitary Services have their own laws and penalties for defaulters. If you have opted to join any of these services, you should be ready to abide by the rules. If they want to be models they shouldn't have joined the service in the first place. You can't eat your cake and have it, sacrifices are to be made. It is the lack of regards for little rules in the larger society that has trickled down into this mess. If you don't want to be humiliated stay within the law. They can look good without breaking the law.

The error is from those who provided the Intel, fighter pilots work with the intelligence report given to them and their targets have coordinates. Truth be told you can hardly differentiate btw friend and foe when flying at thousands of feet above sea level. It is not molue bus that u can peep to check whether it's the enemy or not. As for the multiple bombings as a pilot u have to be sure you inflict maximum damage on the target, it's part of the mission. Let's not heap all d blame on the pilot, those who provided the Intel for the Air Force need to be queried.

What was OBJ's achievement in the South West for 11 years (8 yrs as civilian & 3 years as military)?

What are Buhari and all other past Northern presidents and heads of state achievements in Northern Nigeria for more than 40 years they've ruled?
If at all they didn't do anything atleast they're aren't blaming others for their problems. Niger Delta problem is an enemy within issue.
