Romance › Re: How Do Men Even Get Wives Nowadays? by Maxitomxane(m): 3:47pm On Mar 23 |
Drifter02: I have a job. Earning a decent salary and my own place.
Yet all the women I keep talking to don't seem to want something to do with me.
I'm not being pathetic. That's how it is actually. There's always some other guy that outspends and competes for their attention.
The other ones I see are soo downright immature. Just babies masquerading as women, girls that have never faced adversity, girls that have no sense of responsibility. Attention-sucking leeches. Girls that can't even make up their own minds. Girls that keep running to their mothers for any single thing.
Other ones fancy themselves as hustlers and are always so difficult. Those ones are always competing with you for dominance. Soo crazy man.
And there are the brokies. Liabilities. No job. Nothing.
Omo I'm always so alone staying in my room, particularly at night. I feel soo alone.
I don't want a woman because of sex. Sex is sooo trivial. I honestly don't even care. Next time I have sex, it'd be to make a child.
I just don't know how single men honestly cope. It's so crazy out here Get a pet. Your lonely days will be filled with joy and chaos(funny chaos) |

adegunwa4real: Can anyone who is kind enough identify this breed for me please? The owner said is a Rottweiler, but I have my doubts and my biggest fear is the dog being an Ekuke.
Experts in the house, please be kind to me and identify this for me A simple google search of rottweiler will save you the stress. White socks (Few boerboels also have this trait, they are called pie bald boerboels) , long snout and pronounced fur - Screaming Ekuke. It's a mix of an ekuke and a watered down boerboel. |

heysquare: Make the person just pray to have real local help to come to his rescue! I remember my days in School, a snake bit a guy, it was dark at the time, the guy knew something had bit his leg but don't know what it was so he move to where there was light to check his leg, fortunately the the people around there told him it was snake bite. When he got to his hostel they started praying over the leg and as they continue the prayer the guy couldn't breath well again but was lucky when one them told an elderly man leaving beside their hostel who came with a blade to make some cut on the leg and make some chants which make the venoms to come out and the guy was stabilised like miracle. Since that day * respect the indigene of that town till today Omo, I hope too much religion hawking will not be our end. Time used in praying could have been used to move him to a hospital. |

Astromania: So snake bite can be dis lethal to d extent of offing a full human being within very short time Dey play, a snake bit one guy living opposite my house on the 30th of December, 2023. It was in the night, he and his friend were walking along a slightly bushy path(Few areas were still bushy) when he got bit, they wasted some minutes trying to look for the snake, he eventually got rushed to the private hospital in the other street opposite my street, they didn't have antivenom. He was immediately referred to EKSUTH. which was about 20 - 30 mins away. Even ABUAD was about 20 mins away. Long story cut short, he died on the way to EKSUTH. Everything took place within an hour. |

Onegai: I've received AliExpress free delivery to doorpost recently.
I don't like it because their logistics company is in my area (a bike or 10 min drive away) and they don't use bike to deliver, they send people (men and women) on foot to be trekking under the hot sun, carrying load.
I wish I could tell them to keep my parcels and I'll come and pick them up, best I can do is to start tipping the delivery people or offer them a bottle of water Wow, never knew Aliexpress had free door delivery. Nawa for them o. Because it's in the street, they send foot soldiers. That's bad. |

sonssyo: ..
You are just lucky in this one,it's not always rosy to buy from Temu, AliExpress is better and more quality but more expensive than Temu Hmm, and may that luck stay with all my purchases on Temu forever. I'm not new to aliexpress. Temu is new in the Nigerian market, Aliexpress isn't. There's room for development and Improvement for Temu. There's no free delivery to doorpost by Aliexpress. Free delivery ends at the post office. However, For Temu, Free delivery gets to your doorstep. |

The last Cobra I killed was with stones, I broke it's spine. I finished it off with a Cutlass after it couldn't move. Yes, he hit it with a stick first... I've confirmed it from him. It was with the cutlass he dealt the finishing blow. |

kings59: Round pupil and oblong head; mostly associated with forest cobra. It could also be mistaken as a rat snake when large.
There are rats in your compound, right? No rats at all. But outside the compound, all these bush rodents are seen once in a while. |

Science/Technology › See The Snake My Dad Killed Yesterday In The Night. by Maxitomxane(op): 9:43am On Nov 26, 2025 |
Yesterday around 10pm, My Dad was doing his routine check of the environment to ensure things were in order before going to bed. He was with a torch when he noticed slight movement close to his feet as he moved, he shone the torch towards the direction(the torch wasn't very bright) and saw a tail behind one of the kegs on the ground beneath one of the windows of my parents room and thought it was a lizard. Our compound is large, so we keep kegs, bowls and some other stuff behind our house. Our chickens' coup is also behind close to the fence. As my dad moved to check what it was, the snake suddenly moved rapidly behind other kegs. When my Dad saw it, he shouted Jesus, who no go shout?? My mom heard it and was like "what's that"... My Dad didn't answer, he just swiftly entered the kitchen via the back door and got the cutlass. The first strike didn't get the snake well, so it tried escaping and slithered towards the chicken coup. My Dad had to wait for about 30 minutes making sure the snake was in a enclosed area before he stuck it on the head. He said it took the snake almost 2 hours after he had struck it before it stopped moving completely. From 12am till this morning, my mom never sleep and she no gree open window . Omo, I thank God for his protection, coz imagine my Dad wasn't with a torch or somehow, the snake entered the house, Kai. I know it's a cobra probably a forest cobra. Within 30 mins, pesin don kpai. Harmattan season is snake season. The snakes would seek warmer spots like underneath rocks and close to human environs to keep warm especially during the cool evenings and cold nights. Let's ensure to check our environment and use a bright torch at night especially.
