I had that problem of yours before and i pretty much understand yours?I guess you havnt tryd the steps i gave you.Maybe i should write em again.Go to your internet settings,find the username and leave it BLANK,find the password field and also leave it blank.Find the proxy address and empty it and again find the Port Number and Empty it.If you can't understand maybe some one in the house could explain it the way it is in a Samsung Fone cus am not used to SAmsung.Hope it helps you.

Yeah just follow what worldbest just said, if you still having such exceptions/ errors just input the USERNAME: internet then PASSWORD: internet. But if symtoms still persist just take the fone to a white garment church for revival
