Why stressing yourself up when you can do it from the comfort of your home and sanaaypay will charge you 1k I think... Use your relatives debit card since you said you don't have one! Fill another form if you can't login the previous one

Please my passport is missing but I have a copy of the data page.
Im currently in Rivers state but will be leaving soon to Ibadan
Can I use the photocopy I have to process a renewal or I have to go the path of processing a lost passport.
Also can the police report and affidavit be from a different state from where submissions will be made.
For sake of convenience I want to apply at Ibadan or Lagos but I don’t know if I must get police report and affidavit from there.

You don't need to goto Abuja, get police report and photocopy of your data page. You can get police report around pp office in Ikoyi for a token! I did mine 7th April and got it on Tuesday(missing passport).

I heard they've extended it to June 16th before New applicants can apply.. I pick up my passport today, Ikoyi and captured date was April 7th!
