The water in the metal cup will get cold faster because metal is a better conductor of heat than plastics.plastics are categorized as insulators.this means that metals allow heat to pass through them easily (thus heat in the water will easily pass through the metal cup and be dissipated,reducing the temperature of the water quicker.while heat in the water will find it more difficult to pass through the plastic cup therefore taking more time to cool down.

This is a very serious matter,cos the major revenue base of Nigeria is in jeopardy.But the worst of my fears is that the current leadership doesn't have diplomacy as it's strongest point.It might resort to confrontation/war which will worsen the whole situation.

A major news like this and no pictures? Naaaa!!!.Lagos must be made sane and easier for commuters to move around but not like this.questions I pose.......1) why give a very short window period for traders to evacuate their wares before demolition knowing its a major relocation as some don't even have a place to move to yet.2)Why put an ejection order when majority of traders there are known to be Igbo's have traveled en mass for Xmas and new year celebrations. ....?3)As it was discovered that many traders have not evacuated their wares was there any attempt to extend the grace period knowing fully well that the owners might not be around?.....3) In all sincerity will LASG say 16 days is enough for occupants of up to 1000 shops to evacuate their wares in a holiday season conveniently? ......... No matter how disdainfully we look at this traders Let us remember they are someone's father,mother,uncle,aunty etc and above all their care and protection is enshrined in the Nigerian constitution.In better climes everyone of these traders will be assisted to resettle before any form of demolition takes place.For me this is abuse of power.The traders should have been given at least a month time frame to vacate the market.LASG wanted to save lagosians from thieves and armed robbers now they've unleashed more.

The fight against corruption is commendable. It is not easy to summon the courage needed to fight corruption knowing your foes are formidable. However care should be taken that the fight would not be cast in bad light.A situation whereby you detain a person without laying charges against him,Flouting court orders and a one sided pursuit of corrupt politicians ( cos I can't be convinced in this Nigeria that its only PDP that ate yam) will not augur well for our nation.the presido should realise that he got his power from the constitution and that the same constitution grants certain rights to all these detainees.

Hello my doubting bro,doubt no more.this is the picture of the one is use.it definitely works.I use Mine on my small gen when I want to iron and there is no power from phcn.I'm not very sure but I think the technology behind it is the use of a device known as a rheostat which has the ability to increase electric current or decrease it....I don't know the capability of the one the op posted but mine allows me to use an iron and at same time with my fridge and light bulbs in my house.I just on my gen,plug the stuff on my wall sucket,plug my iron on it viola!!! I start to iron.no stress on my gen..

LOGIC...Nigeria is a federation and the govt reserve the right to detain or move any criminal to any of its jail or detention facilities.Even terrorists like bokoharam.
REALITY...why SE? a region with no known maximum security prison capable of handling high level criminals like BH.And why ekwulobia prison ?a run-down ragtag facility not even capable of holding a determined social miscreant from escaping.
CONCLUSION.... Since we now have home made terrorists, we should as a matter of urgency develope a hi-tech maximum security prison to hold these criminals like the Americans did with Guantanamo.Shifting these BH around in our inadequate prisons won't help cos their boss could bribe locals to break out their boys easily...
