MBA as the name implies is mainly for business administration. Just a little part is entrepreneurship and startup. Administration could be supervising, better accounting process, Human Resources etc

What is wrong with Nigeria? You do not just divide a state. To what end? Texas state in United States is slightly less than the full Nigeria. No one ever talks of dividing Texas. The larger the size, the better the resources. United states has never divided its states since 1800s. They only buy states from other country to add to their number of states.

I agree with everything you said up there except for the money part. The organiser is into multibillion naira business and that is why they are able to afford the payment. They make 20 times more for organising the show! The 100K giving to first class is free donation. That's the difference.

Transparency is very important here.

I agree with you that transparency should be a key process in retirement contributions. If the contributions were invested properly, he would have nothing less than 10m naira after 35 years. But our pension managers are fraudulent. They deduct money for managing the money and the money never yield interest. I am referring to banks!

I am not sure anybody stole his money except pension investors. The Economy became bad otherwise 2m ought to build a house and buy a car. Assuming N5000 was saved from his monthly salary every month ( in 1990s and early 2000s, police superintendents don’t even earn N5000 per month), that will be N2.1m for 35 years without investment interest. And we know Nigeria mess up pension investment interests

What do you think is suspended sentence. You were sentenced to jail but won’t spend the time in jail. The person is on probation and monitored. He will work 200 hrs unpaid. If he does anything wrong, he will go into that jail. Most importantly, he still has a criminal record. That means he may never find a job again.
