Crime / Re: EFCC To Investigate Claims That Bobrisky Bribed Prison Officials by Mayflowa(m): 5:12am On Sep 25
If EFCC could collect bribe to drop charges. That means the charges they make are usually bogus to threaten their victims in order to swindle them of their money! This is grave offense for an anti-corruption body. Bobrisky needs to be pardon of all charges after this revelation and paid a hefty sum by EFCC.

This is how blackmailers move.

The best election so far. No shooting, No death, No fighting, No ballet box snatching or election materials.

Yet Peter condemned the election cos his party performed woefully.

Kudos to INEC and the FG

Because they now know an easier way out. Just write the result you want! T pain started this and it will be the end of democracy.

Beer parlor arguments for touts.

I didn't see Mandarin on the list.

The list were reached from data analysis from the most difficult customer to serve due to language barrier. Yoruba was among those languages that pose a threat to free-flow of customer service.

That is because many Yorubas are abroad both literate and illiterate. Many brings their grand mothers to Canada that do not understand or speak English

No! $13 is actually a valuable money in US. Our $13 customize cake in Walmart and Sam’s club are top of the range. The way Nigeria is, foreigners cannot even survive. And everyone think N20,000 is small. We still attach good value $10 here. Let me show you cake prices:

COMRADES, I don't know why anytime a wealthy person dies in Nigeria immediately the children engage in a serious battle for inheritance

It happens everywhere but this was preventable since the guy died having a will. Who is the damned administrator. Did the children refuse paternity test as instructed by the will. Or since MKO was no more, they couldn’t get the paternity test. That is the only condition that could result in their dis-inheritance.
Romance / Re: Ladies, I Want To Beg You, Dont Marry A Man With Low Self Esteem! by Mayflowa(m): 7:24am On Sep 20
Dogalmighty17:
I do not understand what is behind all these Seun posts of recent. Has he met the typical Nigerian woman? A woman who has 2 naira more than her man and who makes that man's life hell?

Nigerian women do not know how to manage success without making their homes casualties. Yes she got more change than the man and begins lording it over him and the man reacts. Should that be termed as the man has low self esteem?

Nigerian women are a pitiful lot. Give up on them. Take the time and see how Kamala Harris eyes glows anytime she is looking at her husband. He is an officer in the US army. She is running to be US president... his future commander in chief. But she still adores him and respects him. She has no children of her own but she shows her husbands kids so much love that they call her mom and her husbands ex-wife has become Kamala's close friend. The kids see how she loves thier father even though she has a higher societal ranking than him. How many Nigerian women can love a man they are more than?

We have a generation of damaged women in Nigeria. Women who can't manage small success. That's why when they go to the West, they unleash hell on thier husbands. All over Europe and America, why is it Nigerian women always having issues with husbands?

The worst thing that can happen to a Nigerian man is if his woman has more change than him. He will suffer. When he chooses to speak out against the disrespect his woman shows him, he is termed insecure. That's rubbish!

Seun is asking women to push their men to standards even the women themselves can't meet. His posts are becoming a poison. Adopt what he is saying at your peril.

This should be archived for posterity sake!

Family / Re: Who Will Your Son First Buy Car For ,his Wife Or The Mother ? by Mayflowa(m): 4:25pm On Sep 19
Almunjid:
If you're not already a mother, one day you might be, and your current viewpoint might shift. It's disheartening to see that you hold this opinion. If you stand by what you've said, then, advise your son to prioritize buying a car for his wife before considering purchasing a car for you. Emphasize that he would not want his wife to be in a situation where she must carry one child on her back while holding another, all because he chose to buy a car for you first.

In this case, his immediate family's needs, including his wife and children, should take precedence over yours.

Peace!

She hasn't said anything bad. What do men really do? They always get everything for their wives before their moms. It is mostly women that think of their family when they are married. Men want to do but never get around to actually do until their folks get old cry

Let the tax man hear this nonsense! My friend she’ll be closed down by day 2 and fined greatly by the council. You can’t just start selling food from a car park. These pictures are for show. These people want to bring law suits on themselves. One person gets food poisoning and she’s looking at charges akin to assault. This is a one off situation probably doctored story even.

Cool down. In busy cities, they sell by the road side. I see those in New York every time and even not so busy cities. You may have to take a cheap city license to sell. Many people sells in kiosks and from vans.

well said... if she sells her goods anywhere near Peckham, she will sold out within a few hs. in no time, she will have to rent a shop as business will be booming.

Nothing like business. Imagine she sells 60 plates a day, which is an easy do. She will have a revenue of £600 per day multiply by say 20 days in a month is £12000. Her cost of operation without utilities cannot be up to £4000.
So she can take home £8000 in a month, something doctors and IT won’t have. She will most likely do 60 plates in 1hrs during business boom.

that's true, $72 or 115k divides 159 is equal to N724 per litre
So I am now asking you again, do you think Dangote price is too high if he sells at N766 after refining?

Is NNPC supplying crude to Dangote as international price?

Crude is not all PMS. There are many expensive products from it like aviation fuel and even bye products like polypropylene and petroleum jelly including pharmaceuticals

No matter what, the final product should never be subsidized. Any subsidy should come from crude supply that will make Dangote sell cheaper. This should be all about market freedom

Corruption of the highest order. Come to think of it why will the nnpc allow dangote to sell diesel to independent marketers directly and refuse selling of petrol to them directly? Something is cooking

They are probably subsidizing petrol but free market for diesel. NNPC could be buying at N1200 per liter and selling to marketer at N800 per liter.
