1Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: 2Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. 3Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. 4For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. 5I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. 6And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. 8Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. 9Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. 10But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. 11Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. 12These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; 13Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. 14And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 15To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. 16These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. 17But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. 19These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. 20But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 22And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. 24Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, 25To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
JimmySwaggart: Where are those doubters that doubt the existence of juju. To them every unnatural occurrence is a coincidence or even say it's scripted. I really pity them.
FRANCISTOWN: Well, it's a controversial ideology in the body of philosophy. Some philosophers support it while some are against it. Speaking for myself, I do not believe it. However, it may not be totally false, in the sense that. You can choose your actions, but you don't get to choose the consequences of your actions.
It's not something to believe.
Whether you choose actions or not, there is always an action even when you sleep. Cause and effect are same thing split into 2 parts like head and tail of a cat, but it is just one cat, one event .
FRANCISTOWN: Every event that will happen every second has already been initiated by a cause, unless there is another cause to change that event.
I'm dropping this comment because I've sent two different comments ahead and I must complete my points. The first two comments were the cause for this comment now.
Now what the "sixth sense" does is to predict the expected event that will follow a certain "cause".
Let's say I dream that someone dies, and the person later goes on to really die. My dream wouldn't be responsible for the person's death. There is already a cause to warrant the person's death to begin with.
Mind you, a dream is a series of phantasmagoria. Your brain tries to create scenes from your memory. What you've seen, what you've heard or what you've come across with any of your sense organs including the sixth sense.
That's why blind people only have auditory dreams, because the brain cannot process any image to merge into sceneries.
Dreams are merely predictions, intuitions or feelings that are passed into the brain for phantasmagoria.
Dream is nothing spiritual, the same way clairvoyance, telepathy are nothing spiritual.
Nostradamus was prolly one of the greatest prophets of all time, yet, he made his predictions by carefully analysing the past events (cause and effect)
SlaveforChrist: Seems some people don't even read the Bible even if they post about it when It was even stated by Philip to the Ethiopian eunuch in acts that this very chapter was talking about jesus
From the beginning to the end no solid backing just mere speculation
Spinojaja26: Hello friends please what are ways of getting rid of spiritual husband (spiritual relationship) which causes one of my members to always have sexual intercourse in dream
Aje is not a witch, "witch"comes from wicca and refers to a specific religion worshipping a horned god. With the little research I did, aje are mothers and are not "evil", the portrayal of aje in nollywood movies is not doing them justice.
Also, witches/wicca are not evil, they are only practicing their religion. Only their fellow theists call them derogatory names.
Pecuman: For Stop being autistic about terminology, you well know what we mean when we refer to a people's/folk's religion. If we didn't nobody would be talking about Igbo, Yoruba or etc religion.
Whatever you want to call it, this "worshipped local gods" still has the same issues I outlined above.
stop being little minded, the topic we are talking about is about ancient history and we have to be careful of the terminologies we use.
Pecuman: There is quite a difference between zero evidence and insufficient evidence. Like quoting verses certainly is evidence, that video you posted also quoted verses.
Theories on YHWH's origin have as little evidence as the video you dismissed. Some faux etymological tie to "to blow" is no more evidence than the guy that made the dragon video quoting a dozen verses.
Quoting verses is not an evidence. And the video never said anything about yahweh origin. But his pysical description and even comments under the video says his references do not tally.
Pecuman: There are also assumptions on who YHWH "originally" was that are just based on very fragmentary evidence. That's why there's like a billion speculations on "what god YHWH" originally was from storm to war to a dragon
Pecuman: Big one is assuming the Israelite religion was uniformly polyethistic or monotheistic(not exactly the right term but I'll keep using it) when the scriptures actually show Monotheistic prophets having to constantly compete against polytheistic priests.
Which Prophet isn't recorded competing against polytheists?.
There are also assumptions on who YHWH "originally" was that are just based on very fragmentary evidence. That's why there's like a billion speculations on "what god YHWH" originally was from storm to war to a dragon
MindHacker9009: That was what I was refering to. The question now is why did all the ancient tribes all over the world worship a god. But I'm not sure if the Sentinelese worship a god as no one has been able to enter their island.
They worship different things call god for different purposes, like seun kuti said, "without gods there are no kings", origin of the word "god" means what is "libated upon". https://www.nairaland.com/7782988/theos-101the-concept-god
MindHacker9009: I have this question, where did the concept of a god come from in every ancient tribes in Nigeria, Africa and around the world who had no links to the Middle eastern gods before European colonization?
The concept of worshipping a thing didn't start in the middle east.
