LPlease my car is IS250 2006 hasn’t been starting lately. check engine light, battery light and parking light all disappeared, one rewirer told me it was ECU, we changed it, changed 6 plugs, all the lights came back after so many touches and (the car won’t start still) , it drains battery quickly, like, I’m fed up and frustrated about this car and I just bought a new battery, I keep getting different batteries like I’m a charger. There’s like 10 liters of fuel in the tank. Please someone should help me out here.

I managed it to a safe place just 10mins away and before I got there, I was already perceiving a burning smell.

We thought it should be gearbox oil that has dried up, then we quickly paid the mechanic 75,000 to buy gearbox oil, filter and fixing.

He did and yet the issue persists. But right now it can get upto gear 3 on Sport mode, but still doesn't get into reverse.

What can be done?

Corolla 2010 always throws up check engine. When scanned it says system too Lean bank 1. My mechanic has cleaned nozzle, replaced plugs. Still the fault persists. Car working fine, the fault clears on its own and returns on its own at intervals.
Also my steering was loosened for alignment and VSC keeps flashing won't go off I guess the steering angle sensor needs calibration. How can I reset it.

thanks but i know all that. we only change the valve seal. Its the same engine i was using before. A Very silent engine. What’s likely cause of noise after valve oil seal change?

Don’t know of where such is done in Benin. When it was removed why can’t it be replaced back.

All those test mentioned are guesses. All you need is to carry out a coolant pressure test which would reveal where you have any leak along the cooling system. You have started killing your engine by removing the thermostat. Am sure the quacks have even connected your fans directly.

That’s what you get when your mechanics start looping wires. It’s always cut and by padsby . It’s just the norm for them until they consume the whole vehicle. Ask your mechanic to check for a blown fuse first

Hello brother good evening. Please since June I have been battling with belt issues. I have bought more than 15 belts. I have changed adjuster more than 3 times.

Recently I was told that the belt I was using was too short I should get 2150 and also the way the belt was aligned was wrong.

I got size 2150 and used the recommended alignment pattern still the belt still cut.

Mechanic have checked all the rollers nothing is wrong with the rollers.

Please how were you able to overcome this problem?

Hello house please I don’t know what’s wrong with my car 06 Honda civic hybrid, I was driving and I noticed the steering became quite stiff and eventually the dashboard lights started getting dim before the car finally stopped, i had to jumpstart it to be able to drive it home, while driving home I had to maintain constant speed b/c anytime I slow down the car start doing as if it wants to shut down again. My mechanic has been on it for two days now, he said he still doesn’t know what’s wrong? Anyone with experience with these kind of things?

My Kia Optima Turbo GDI has recently developed a knocking sound. I took it to a mechanic for inspection, and it was confirmed that the filter leading to the cylinder was blocked. Consequently, I had the cylinder and camshaft replaced. However, since then, my car has not been functioning properly. It can't accelerate beyond 40, and I have to turn off the car and restart it to get it moving again. Additionally, if I go beyond 30, the car stops. The car has been scanned, and the turbo has been checked. I was told the turbo is okay, but the car still won't accelerate beyond that limit. This issue has persisted for the past week.

Those are code that came out when the car was scanned, the readjust the timing and fix the turbo but still the same thing

Your timing wasn’t properly set when the cylinder was replaced. You could have an issue with the boost pressure sensor or its circuit.

Check your brake pad shim, anti rattle pin and lastly brake caliper brackets
