All these obvious and subtle signs are dependent on the experience and thoroughness of the technician handling such conversion. I've converted a RHD to LHD Avensis and nobody knows it was converted cos I intentionally and painstakingly went thru the whole process very thoroughly. Even it's ECU was replaced and every single panel or connection for LHD models works as they should. It was expensive but very worth it.

For your budget, the best your can get for toks is to buy 03-05 Honda CR-V.

For a newer model(07-09) you can only get Nigerian used, and while at it, please be very careful and be deligent, don't buy a bad car.

Honda Accord 2003-2007 are great cars, with a very affordable maintenance and the car is solidly durable.

Albeit, if you're buying Nigerian used of the v6 variant, be very sure the previous owner maintained the car very well. At any sign of shabby maintenance, do not buy.

Preferably, if you want the v6 engine variant, buy toks with good history.



For the 4plugs variant, either toks o, Nigeria used o, Aba used o, so far you're okay with the interior and body, anything wey sup can be easily fixed.

The 4plugs is actually very rugged and durable.
Engine(borale) and gear not up to 200k.
