Guys I worked on the engine of my camry 2003 afterwards, the vehicle started but went off after about 30mins and keeps going on and off.

Before now, the mpg has been poor and stalls a lot.
So these electricians were brought to check fuel pump and there were no issues, the second person came and after checking all 'checkables' said it was the brainbox. I still can't figure how he arrived at that conclusion since he wasn't using any car scanner.

Now the car I no longer starting. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved without changing brain box which I understand is a bit tricky and requires coding.
I'm in Awka and I don't know very good auto mechanics and I don't want my car to be 'Kazeemized'

I need solutions abeg.

Sometime in May, my Toyota Camry 2003 started jerking when I move it in the morning and normalizes when it becomes hot about 20 km. Sometime it jerks even on uniform motion. The reverse gear engages with difficulty. I took the car to a mechanic who used a diagnostic machine on it and told me that a solenoid in the gearbox body valve is defective and i should change the whole gearbox.
I need help in the following areas;
Is it not possible to change only the body, if it is,
where can i boy a new gearbox body valve?
I live in Cross river State, can anybody kindly direct me to any gearbox specialist in Calabar.

Are you sure it's the valve body?

The 10pin gear on 2003 Camry is rugged compared to the 13pin.
