So I just got this job offer that offers to pay me 70k in Lagos in an industry where the starting salary should be at least 100k. Considering high cost goods, transportation etc in Lagos.

Please, I need advice, should I take this or just wait for a better offer?

As simple as this question seems, I am terribly confused.

Note: I know 80% of responses I will get here are from secondary kids that are still feeding under their parents, (I forgive you in advance) but I need advice from experienced good people of this platform?
