Why did this happen to Greece


According to Business Insider today, not only has the Syriza-led government agreed to a number of extremely austere measures, it's also being forced to chop up and sell parts of the country to the private sector...

The terrible situation is getting uglier each day as people rush to get their little cash from ATMs and keep at home. But, banks are completely shut down. No money to give out. People are running helter-skelter in hungry stomachs. Chai, There is God o oh...

"Public sector workers and pensioners might well have to be paid with IOUs as soon as end-July," says Chris Scicluna, head of economic research at Daiwa Capital Markets. They’ll just hold the piece of paper called ‘IOU’ (meaning, I owe you) until there is money to pay!'

What can one do without water? Absolutely, nothing! Certainly, these are terrible days for Puerto Rico

A prolonged drought has depleted lakes and forced water rationing on nearly half of Puerto Rico residents, who are counting on dredging and divine intervention to replenish the island's reservoirs.

The five-month drought proved dangerous Friday when low water pressure hampered efforts to control a fire in San Juan. The blaze destroyed four homes and injured two firefighters.

Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla declared a state of emergency. As a result, officials have imposed strict water rationing which further makes it very challenging to get some water to drink, not to mention taking daily showers, washing cars, etc. These are luxuries!

Chinese couple takes goat to street to sell raw milk straight from goat’s teat

Many people eat and drink many things
A Chinese couple was spotted squeezing and selling milk from four goats on a busy street in China. They were apparently selling the bottles for almost two dollars each. Many people gathered and waited in line to get a taste of fresh-squeezed goat milk. The couple told reporters that the goat milk was quite a hit, and lots of customers were returning for more.

There you have it. If you're going to invest in anything right now in China, it should probably be a goat, and be ready to squeeze it raw!

Danger of online dating!

A young man from Houston Texas was shot and left for dead last week, after meeting up with a girl he met online.

Philman Hartman started talking with 18-year-old Brittany Shalynn Davis on a dating app, Plenty of Fish. Later, he was invited by the girl to her apartment building at El Sol Brillante Apartments in the 6400 block of Sierra Blanca on June 29.

However, when Hartman got there, he became the unwitting victim of an armed robbery allegedly hatched by the teen girl and two male friends.

In a new survey taken by Time Out magazine, Brits came out on top as having the sexiest accents in the world. (To be fair, the magazine originated in London!)

The survey was given to readers in 24 cities including London, Paris, Chicago, Los Angeles, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur. Of the 11,000 participants surveyed, 27 percent declared that British people have The world's most dateable accents followed by America which got 8.7%.
