Dr. Jordan Crandall, chair of UCSD's Visual Arts Department, released a statement Monday in defense of Dominguez and the class.

"Students are aware from the start of the class that it is a requirement, and that they can do the gesture in any number of ways without actually having to remove their clothes," Crandall said in the statement.

Associate professor Ricardo Dominguez has been teaching the class, "Visual Arts 104A: Performing the Self," for 11 years.

"At the very end of the class, we've done several gestures, they have to nude gesture," Dominguez told ABC10 Friday. "The prompt is to speak about or do a gesture or create an installation that says, 'what is more you than you are.' It's a standard canvas for performance art and body art. It is very all controlled."

He said that he and the students strip down in a dark room lit only by candlelight. He added that students are made aware of the expectations on the first day and should not enroll in the class if they are uncomfortable....

A Hollywood celebrity, Tamale Rocks spotted something odd when she used the toilet at a bar she was performing in. Opposite the toilet was a full-length mirror.

On closer inspection it turned out to be a two-way mirror, meaning that people on the other side of the mirror could see her on the loo.
The mirror was placed on a door, which Tamale opened and then found a cleaning closet to be on the other side.

So, in theory, employees at the bar could lock themselves in the cleaning closet and watch naked women and how they poo in the toilet without the women having any knowledge they were being watched.

Professor asks final year students to pose nude in class if they must graduate!

What will you do if you are forced to strip naked before your professor and students in order to graduate from school?

For most students, there is nothing more stressful than a final exam. But now imagine that to pass the exam, you have to be naked in classroom before everybody.

At the University of California, San Diego, this naked final exam is in fact a course requirement for a class in the visual arts department.

But nudity isn't enough for the students of the upper-level course, as they must also perform 'a gesture that traces, outlines or speaks about your 'erotic self(s)', according to the course syllabus.

A mother of one of the students has spoken out against the requirement, saying it makes her 'sick to her stomach'

The disgraced Father Marcelo De Jesumaria was found guilty of abusive sexual contact following a three-day trial and could face two years behind bars

The court heard during a three-day trial how the victim woke up to find Father Marcelo De Jesumaria's "hands on her breast, groin and buttocks" while the flight was mid-air.

In a statement, a spokesman said: "The Diocese of San Bernardino considers the actions alleged of Father De Jesumaria in the federal indictment to be sinful and unlawful. "We are deeply regretful of any harm that may have occurred as a result of his actions."

Romantic mood disturbed!

A man from China who had an elaborate marriage proposal for his girlfriend in China was arrested by police just moments after the girlfriend said yes.
