What's your opinion friends? Is it not better for the guy to confess instead of dragging this case even when there's enough evidence

A female university student who pleaded guilty in court last month after she and another student were caught on camera having sex in a busy public street has been sentenced to one year probation today July 8th 2015

During the act as we previously reported, a security guard from the university’s dorms who claimed to have seen both them having sex on the street unmindful of pedestrians said he yelled at them to stop but was ignored.
At first, the two pleaded not guilty, but the female student later returned to court to enter a guilty plea

The boy, who is studying Global Supply Chain Management had reportedly been celebrating his birthday at a bar close to university when he met the girl for the first time.

Captured on a mobile phone and uploaded anonymously online, the video shows the pair apparently at it for 45 minutes. They were shocked when they saw videos of themselves online having sex.

According to Hong Kong news reports, the boy is still pleading not guilty, and will be facing another trial on August 13. Five witnesses and two more video recordings of the incident will be summoned.

Sounds like it would've been less mortifying if he'd just pleaded guilty.

What do you say about this, friends? Should he continue dragging this case even when the girl had already confessed that they did it and there’s video recording... in addition to people that saw them?

A New York City man who took a 300-mile cab ride across Pennsylvania to surprise his fiancee has been jailed because he couldn’t pay the $749 fare, police said.

John Williams Jr., 35, who lives in Brooklyn, took the taxi from Philadelphia to Uniontown with his children early Saturday, police said.

But when they arrived in Uniontown, authorities say, Williams refused to pay the bill, and the cab driver called police.

Police say Williams told them he didn’t have cash and “his credit card was maxed out for the day.”

She wasn't put to jail, only the boyfriend. She was asked to register as a sex offender. The boyfriend had previously served 8 years in prison for trafficking cocaine!

A 40 year-old man, Jose Caballero has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison for having sex with his 21 year-old girlfriend, Elissa Alvarez on a Florida beach in front of children.

Video played in the courtroom showed girlfriend, Alvarez moving on top of Caballero in a sexual manner in broad daylight while several people were on the beach. When her mother asked him to stop, Caballero responded confrontationally.

A four-year-old child saw the activity, which was videotaped by a witness, a police report said.

40 year-old Caballero however testified in court saying that his girlfriend was just dancing on top of him, 'nudging' to keep him awake, and not actually engaging in intercourse.
