I SAW A REPORT ONLINE THAT MIKEL AND ONAZI ARE IN COLLISION MODE.
THAT THEY ARE NOT IN TALKING TERMS AND ONAZI HAS REFUSED TO TAKE ORDERS FROM MIKEL, THERE BY DIVIDING THE TEAM INTO TWO FRACTIONS, MIKEL SUPPORTERS AND ONAZI SUPPORTERS.

https://mobile.twitter.com/sunnewsnigeria/status/1004636843974037504

HOW TRUE CAN THIS BE?

I SAW the report too, I don't know if anyone can clarify us on this rumor

SportingSun can exclusively report that Super Eagles skipper John Obi Mikel and his vice captain Ogenyi Onazi are on a collision course in camp ahead of the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup.

According to our camp source, both players are no longer on talking terms and the tussle for leadership is distracting other players in camp.

“If we must do well in Russia, the NFF must ensure they resolve the wrangling between Mikel and Onazi. Both players I can confirm are not in talking terms and this could cost the team at the World Cup.

“As we speak, the tussle is a big distraction for the team. Some players have also pitched their tents with either Mikel or Onazi in the struggle.

“Though, the reason for tussle is not known yet but some people felt it was due Onazi’s insistence on not taking orders from Mikel,” our source revealed

Fellow Eagulians.

I assure you all - we gonna see a different Eagle at the Mundial. We are able to keep our Tactics away from the Oppositions.

The Oppositions are as confused as the Fans. They don't know what's gonna happen at the Mundial, kinda difficult for the Scouts spying on us to analyze the Team credibly.

Kudos to Rohr, and I'm kinda satisfied with the 2nd Half Display.

I wish I can at least believe this to cool temper.

Shehu has greatly declined or maybe he hid himself all thiswhile.

Ighalo is not the type of striker that will be in your starting lineup at the World Cup. At World Cup, it doesn't take one million chance to score. Ighalo's goal ratio is a no no for me.

While some people are underating our chances, the special one thinks otherwise.

''In group D the first place will be taken by the kid (forward of Argentina's national team Lionel Messi,ed ). Second place ... Very difficult choice, but I put on the African team - Nigeria,'' Mourinho told Russia Television network RT.

It seem you guys find it difficult to understand Rohr philosophy.

Do you think Simy would have make it with the presence of Simon Moses.

Do you think Rohr rate Ebuehi as we do?No.Hope you remember Ebuehi was dropped from the team against Cameroon, recalled for Algeria match but was on on the bench for a match that we don't need and suspended Shehu was used and it cost us three points.

Ebuehi should thank his star that Argentina 45 mins was his saving grace till today.

So don't be surprised seeing Ebuehi on the bench despite his performance.

Ogu waited till Algeria match to make the team and later had a good performance against Argentina but invitation to Joel Obi put Ogu back to the bench.

Akpeyi really meassed up but Rohr still stick to him.Don't be deceived Rohr rate Akpeyi than Ezenwa,Uzoho was just the face saving, likely Akpeyi would have been number one despite his flaws.

Idowu should count himself lucky that Echiejile had abysmal season he would have been on the bench for Echiejile.

If we want to base it on performance Shehu should be on the bench today.

So true, the man Genort Rorh is a stubborn coach. If Moses Simon was not Injured,I know he won't mind taking a Joel Obi ahead of an Attacking option in Simy Nwankwo.

Little wonder Agbo was invited in every match but was never tested in any of the match. The man is just too rígid. Imagine it takes him second half to play a formation that gives him edge over his opponents and to play his game changers. I expect him to start Simy Nwankwo today and see if he could be a much better goal threat than Ighalo and Iheanacho but the man is
rígid to the core.

World Cup is 10 days from now, most teams won't wait for a second half to cause serious damage and secure their points.

His Uncle is JJay Okocha he got into the SE before he had played one senior professional game for Arsenal.

However, Sone Aluko, Hope Akpan, with outstanding performances for the SE have been dropped, set aside and forgotten.

Add to that Aina set aside for a player that has failed to meet the standard at low club level..

THATS GREAT INSPIRATION for future Nigerian origin players.

Nigerian origin players know they face discrimination from thier white peers but the discrimination from your own people is much MORE PAINFUL.

Wow Brian Idowo, Ebuehi, Balogun and Ekong Must be Ghanaian Origin players that used their Ucles to get into the Nigerian National team.

As much as I don't like Echiejile for even one day, nor what happened to Aina, can you beat your chest in Affirmation and say that if Ola Aina was playing in NPFL that he will smell the National team? Truth must be said. There are Nigerian players in lower Leagues that if given the exposure and opportunity Aina was given, we will have a World class left back in our National team. Aina didn't grab his chance when he had it.

Ebuehi was rated lesser than Aina in the beginning. But Guess what? The guy no gree.
He grab his chance and made a strong statement with lesser match appearance than Aina needed to make his. The Match againts Dr Congo burried his Russian ambition, that match would have given him the ticket but he didn’t grab it.

You people are making it look like Aina is a Marcelo. Are you saying that the 5 other FB of Nigerian Origin are not enough inspiration?

Warris all this nonsense rants all about? Rohr is not even a Nigerian and everybody will not go to World cup. Na Sane, Niangollan, Icardi and Lacazete dem commot for World Cup squad list so, heavens never fall.

ADO Den Haag Chief: We Were Afraid Ebuehi Would Be Axed From Eagles World Cup Squad
ADO Den Haag Director of Football, Jeffrey van As, has admitted that everyone at the club was scared that Tyronne Ebuehi would not be selected in Nigeria's 23-man World Cup squad.

In truth, van As has a point there as the right fullback had been struggling with a groin injury since March, which made him miss the last five games of the season, before he reported for international duty.

ADO Den Haag will be allocated N53.2 million while Benfica will receive N26.6 million from Fifa for the group stage alone following the inclusion of Ebuehi in the Super Eagles squad.

''In the winter we could have sold Ty. We thought: if we keep him, we can still get that World Cup compensation fee in addition to the training allowance,'' van As told Voetbal International.

''When he got injured a while ago, we were afraid that he would not make it to the World Cup, then our plan had fallen apart. But it worked out just fine.''

He added : ''If a top club like Benfica signs him for five years, then that says something about his qualities. I also see him as one of the very good right backs in the Netherlands last season, but apparently the top clubs from the Eredivisie did not believe in him.

''As far as I am concerned, it is a shame that a talented boy like him is already going abroad''.

Ebuehi wore the Super Eagles jersey for the sixth time in his international career when he came off the bench in the 2-1 loss to England last weekend.

If Moses has competitors capeable of benching for a very long period for Nigeria National, his brain for don dey alright since.

Another angle to Leroy Sane's Omission from world cup squad. I heard from Brila fm that he was invited for the confederation cup but the guy said he wan do nose surgery. The same nose he dey put bandage carry dey play for Manchester City. The back room staff don talk say the thing no go down well for Joachim's body. He carry am for mind since dey wait when he go hit am him own below the belt. Julian Brandt answered the call, the coach don reward his royal players come dey tell us na team system. grin grin grin

You know say, people no dey think about the future when dem dey make some decisions. Sometimes this players should be given this kind of treatment to serve as a lesson to others. Some may feel they are invisible in the team because of the Club dem dey play and how big they feel they are. Icardi did anyhow with a team mate's wife abi na ex wife. The whole team don get bad blood for am. Joachim don send him massage to his other team mates, I am sure dem go write am somewhere for dem heart for future reference and reminder. And you know dem don give am another contract, if he does well in Euro, he go stay for 2022 world cup. And you know say Germans no dey forgive easily.

Now, This brings it down to our own team, You see Players like Moses go dey form larger than life in and off the pitch. He go get ball he no go release am at the right time. Iheanacho go lose possession, he no go track back go help recover the ball. Some of these actions are because they feel they are invisible in the team. This nonsense can cost a team when you meet a no nonsense team. They don't care because they know that there will be no consequence for their actions .

When a footballer knows that if he does Anyhow, he go see Anyhow, his brain go dey alright. Just like Moses who knows there will be consequences if he plays Anyhow for Chelsea and Moses who knows that there will be no consequence if he plays Anyhow for Nigeria.

Okay, Sane's omission made me go around Facebook and I came to understand/see reasons why Coach's decisions should be respected.

Sane has played 10 or more matches for Germany with no goal to show for it even when a lot of chance was
created for it.

He plays selfishly like he is a Messi some of the time, makes unnessary dribbles and lose the ball. The German philosphy is team work.

Joachim has players more experienced than him who contribute more in the German team than he does. Club form is different from National team form.

in conclusions, he doesn't fit in to Joachim's team at the moment, maybe a Pep Guardiola's team.
These coaches know what they want most of the time, respect their decisions and only fault it when it is ineficient.

Croatia Defender Corluka More Worried By Musa Than Messi

“I have not been thinking much about Messi, because we face Nigeria first, a match that will determine our chances of reaching the next round,” Corluka who plays for Lokomotiv Moscow told net.hr.

“I know some Nigerian players, especially Musa from CSKA Moscow.

“He (Musa) is very fast, pretty good and it will not be easy for us.

Musa said they already know the system to play Croatia.

"Nigeria are younger and, I hope, better than [we were] in Brazil. At that World Cup, I scored two goals vs Argentina, we lost 3-2, but both progressed," Musa told Goal.

"I wouldn't mind if that happened again in Russia. But also, maybe it's time for revenge against Argentina.

"Argentina is the best in the group going by name, and for us the most important thing is not to lose the opening game vs Croatia. I would be very happy with a draw."

"To be honest, we already know how to play against Croatia, but of course I will not tell you," he teased.

"The best Croatian player is Luka Modric, and I know Vedran Corluka from the Russian league, he is a very intelligent defender.

"I played and scored against Croatia once, in 2011 at U20 World Cup and we won 5-2."

Meanwhile, in the other news, Buhari's jersey spotted.

Croatia Scout Impressed With Simeon Nwankwo's Abilities: He Is Fast And Agile
Published: May 31, 2018

Croatia national team scout Ognjen Vukojević monitored the international friendly between Nigeria and Democratic Republic of Congo on Monday and has picked one Super Eagles player that impressed him.
The former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder and teammate of Olarenwaju Kayode at Austria Vienna has praised the qualities of Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo on his debut for the Super Eagles.

''A real African player. Fast, agile, direct, very interesting,'' said Vukojević to
Sportske Novosti.
Croatia's talent spotter is expected to be one of the spectators at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday for the friendly between England and Nigeria.

''I am particularly interested in this game in London, they will be much more clear here, I want to see how Nigeria, who have a lot of players playing in the Premier League, performs against the English team.

''Will they possibly dominate or even the English will be dominant? This game will give a lot more answers than the match with Congo,'' added Vukojević.
Nigeria and Croatia will square off in their World Cup opener at Kaliningrad Stadium, Kaliningrad on June 16.
