A new rule by FIFA will allow for the punishment of a player guilty of violent conduct during a game even if the referee misses it.

This hugely significant rule will work alongside VAR (Video Assistant Referee)during World Cup.

The rule states that even if the game has restarted the referee can later be made aware of the offense and then he can stop the game before reviewing the offense and deciding on dismissal.

This rule also allows for the issuance of red cards during the half-time period. The current rule states that once the game has restarted such incidents cannot be dealt with.

Another rule states that any player or substitute who gestures with his hands for a VAR review or enters the referee's review area will receive a yellow card.

Coaches guilty of the same offense will be issued with a public warning.

The Driver was about to be lynched by the irate mobs but the Nigerian arm force personnels consisting of the Navy, Army and the police came to the Dangote 's driver aid. Then chased everybody around the scene away. Blocked one lane.


If Dangote was Ibeto or Emzor, he would have been slammed with a heavy sanction.

FIFA rules does not permit inclusion of players Outside the provisional list, if this report is anything to go by, his invite will not go beyond training with the bigger/older boys .
